1. ZERO WATER on course. 88* and they didn’t even set up 1 igloo cooler, anywhere!

4. Extremely aggressive starter. I mean, atleast pretend you appreciate the business. As a single golfer, I noticed that all golfers at the first tee were respectful to the staff & other golfers. There should be no need to be that aggressive & impatient.

5. It was weird, I paid as a single WITH cart, then they charged me an additional $15 to remain in the cart as a single. I mean, there was no shortage in carts. The 2 others that I golfed with chose to walk. So why should I pay an extra $15 to ride solo?

I wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone & I don’t think I’d ever golf there again.

Our foursome had a good time. Quote was in pretty good shape, although the green were very hard. I’m sure because there’s been so little rain. Only issue was the piece of plate. Had to wait on most holes.

I set up my tee time as a single and wanted to ride in a cart. I was asked if “I felt comfortable riding WTH someone else”. I have not even met this person. Smoker? Heavy Drinker?, etc. Charged me $20! Complete money grab. Plenty of carts available.I am connected with a lot of golfers in the area, and they agree. No more Deerfield Golf Club! $100 for that course? I think not

Course was in great shape, fun course, great deal for twilight.

In trying to get out and play different courses over the summer, I was pleased to take advantage of a late booking for a Friday. The course provided some nice variation with good layouts. The greens were a little rough on some outer edges,,but overall were nice with decent pace and slope. The sand trap I was in was spotty and not well raked.

Overall though a good choice to play and will again. What looked very good but I didn't get time to use was their practice area. That for sure I will use to work on pitching and shorts game.
