Midlane Country Club

Tough!...some say challenging, I'm sticking with TOUGH! Water on 15 of 18 holes. Great layout. Great condition. Friendly attentive staff. Country Club feel. Overall outstanding value.

Nice facility, good course, friendly people, but the pace of play was ridiculously slow. No ranger to keep the group that was holding everything up moving. We all suffered behind them for the entire round. Not sure I would go back again due to this experience.

I always enjoy Midlane and I try and play here a few times each season. The greens are true with good speed and in wonderful condition. The course makes you think the whole way around you need to use GPS and know how far you hit each club to score on this course. Just play from the correct set of tees . I move up a set of tees here. You will use less than diver on some Par 4's to score will.

Bring some extra balls. Great course, well kept. Will be a good challenge. Open fair ways but plenty of water. Loved it.

Course was in great shape, greens were quick! Pace was great got 18 in twilight in 3.5 hours.

I would have to say that Not playing Midlane for a few years, and now having played it. I would say wow. The course has nice features like the course is in great shape, very green, and the greens are in very good shape, and roll awesome. And the layout is fun to enjoy. And the staff is very friendly. But the flaws that I saw was that the rough around the course when we played was over 5 inches deep, and if you were in the rough which my partner and I were a lot, you would have to drive around and almost be on top of the ball to find it, and the goose droppings on the tee boxes were discusting. They were on all the tee boxes. But I would recommend this course as a challenge. we played the whites on the front, and the gold on the back to make it more interesting. Holed out on with a 42-40=80. I pared that 460 yard par 4 12th hole from the gold tees, was the high light of my round. But the greens are in such good shape here.

Everybody was extremely friendly and for the price you may not find a better course in the Northern burbs.

The course was in great shape for early fall. Greens and fairways were immaculate. A good test of golf for sure.

We played Midlane in mid October. It was in the upper 40s and rainy. The course held up great even with all the water form the last week. Pretty open and not too difficult. Has some great views from tea boxes (for just being 60 min north of Chicago). Definitely would recommend and will play again next year.

Like the price. Not crowded. Will play in the future.

I liked to golf course very much. It is little far from my house but it worth it

Nice course, and great value. The fairways and greens were in great condition. Generous fairways but some tricky greens, and I used almost every club in my bag, a great time. Staff was very friendly, we will definitely go back

Course was in great condition. Wish I could say the same for my game yesterday but I would have to say the course , even on a good day for me, was one of the most challenging gold experiences I have had in awhile. Expect to loss at least 6 to a dozen balls.

Very playable...greens very good. No beverage cart the day we played.

Midlane is a real good value. The course is challenging and in good shape.

I really like this course and hope to return. I learned a lot and my score should be better the next time.

The staff seemed to have problems with check ins and tee times. That lead to a slower than needed round.

This course is in really great shape. While others in the area are having problems with greens this place is without those problems and is in very good to great shape. It was most enjoyable for all.

First few holes, the pace was good, but then the bottle neck happened. Had to wait 5 minutes each time to tee off. Course was in good condition. Staff was very courteous.
