I must admit, with tha politics of life in America, and being of African American decent, I was a bit reluctant to even travel so far from home WITHOUT my firearms...It turned out that Waterloo, Acorns Links was so calm and a GREAT place to golf...Staff was Courteous and respectful to ALL it's patrons, to include me. i am so pleased that the whole negative political arena does not reach our dedicated golfers.

We must continue to reach All AMERICANS and Acorn Links has set a FINE example of patriotism towards AMERICA!

Keep it up!!! Acorn Links Rocks!

It would have been $7 cheaper to book the tee time with the course, otherwise the course was great

The course was in the best condition of any course I have played this year.

Given the streak of recent hot weather, the course was in excellent shape. Too bad some golfers are so oblivious to their ball marks and don't/won't take the time to repair their greens' divots. These really mar the otherwise beautifully maintained greens.

The course was in great shape and the greens were excellent.

Challenging, but not overly so. It was a lovely day of golf, on a lovely golf course. Staff was very nice to deal with. Course was in great shape considering lack of recent rain. Some rowdiness on course, but there was a scramble behind us, and they weren't too distracting. I will play it again as soon as I can.

The crew at this course work really hard and do a FANTASTIC job!! Keep up the GREAT work! Corse layout and play is great!! Greens have ALWAYS been in FANTASTIC shape with consistent play as the round went on! The thing I really enjoy is how quiet the course is, nice to be able to enjoy the peacefulness. Great course, all the employees are doing a wonderful job and this has become my GO TO course, can't say enough about it! Oh and did mention the fairways....VERY WELL kept and release the ball like much more expensive courses!!

This is a great golf course. Staff was friendly, fairways were as green as can be. Upkeep on this course is fantastic. Had a great round and I can't wait to return!

This is one of my favorite courses to play in the St.Louis area. It is worth the drive to come play this course. The course is challenging but fun to play. Acorns layout rewards both accuracy and distance on most of the holes. For the money it is one of the best deals around. Sometimes the course gets a little soggy after rain, however that would be my only negative of this course.

Got a hot time from golf now for $16 so hard to complain about much for that price. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all in very good shape. The only part of the course I did not enjoy was that the rough was very, just that, rough. Sparse grass in many spots, already beginning to burn out. I probably wouldn't pay the normal price for the hath is course, but for the prices you can get on golf now, definitely worth it.

I had a great round of golf at the Acorns even though it was about 40 degrees and windy. The girl working inside was very professional and the price was rock bottom thanks to a GolfNow hot deal. The greens rolled very well for February in central IL and the fairways were in good shape as well. I'm looking forward to playing this course again in the spring.

Fun Course with some challenging holes. The Acorns layout is fun, scenic, and impressive. Low scores can be made if and only if you hang out in the fairway or at least just a little off the fairway. The staff was very friendly...Loved playing there.

This is a great course out in the country that I found while traveling through the St Louis area. It is a very well designed course that is fun to play. It is difinitely worth the drive.

Well maintained scenic course with fast greens and challenging pin placement made for a day to remember with friends.
