Par 3-4 holes only course
Course was OK, but there were only par 3 and par 4 holes. There was no par 5 holes so, summing up, only 62 par course for the whole 18 holes. This is good for the practice but not ideal for the regular game seekers. The staffs were super friendly, but for most of the holes, it was kinda difficult to find the tee box. They need to put more direction signs for the tee boxes.
Good price, slow course
The course is pretty nice, and has some challenging approaches to the green. However, it took about 5 hours for our 3-some to play 18 - solely because we were waiting on people in front of us who were waiting on people in front of them, etc. They had a couple starters, but they really did a poor job of getting everyone separated. For the price we paid though, it was a good deal for 18 holes. I'd go back, but I'd have to account for a full day on the course.
The course is short and narrow
The course is short and narrow with high wires in the way for the first two holes. It's a family and beginner friendly course. Go there if you are playing with people who is not a semi-serious player. The atmosphere is relaxed and layback. It's our first time there and we felt the golf cart is an overkill cause the course distance is not long . It comprised of par 3 and par 4 only. A walking 9-holes will do the trick.
Play moved quickly. Beverage cart person was attentive. Course condition was good.
This is a great executive course. The staff is friendly and course well maintained.
excellent golf experience
great course, excellent conditions, worth the money. only $12 for 18 holes with cart!!! will return for sure.
Cheap and Fun
Think they might of changed their prices after we got 18 and a cart for like 13.00 a person, but for that price it was Great.
this course is a great for a short game like a par 3game
it was a great golf course if you want to play a short game on a saturday. But expect a lot of people playing
average
very short course, less than 4000 yards for 18. Greens very slow and need attention. Good course for beginners. Good value for 30$ on golf now for 18 with cart
Poor planning for tee times.
They need to space out the tee times to more than 8 min. between foursomes. Tee time was for 9:48am and we didn't tee off until 10:05 am...and had plenty of wait times between holes.
nice 9 hole course in good condition and great pace of play for a weekend
I have played this course many times over the years and they have made many improvements to it. gret course for just about anyone
Joke of a coarse!
Only good thing about this coarse is it's 18 holes and has carts! If I remember correctly you have to shoot through cable lines 2 or 3 holes! Last tees are to close to greens! Never heard fore so many times in my life! I will probably never play here again! Wouldn't pay over $20!
littel of everthing
nice course easy to get to had a great time fun
great moderate 2 beginner level course fun for everyone
The next step up from Mini-Golf.
This is a great place to bring family or friends who have never played before and practice your short game at the same time, which is what I did this last Father's day. The course is very short - but it is also very tight, so if you play keep an eye open for balls flying everywhere from other players. Don't expect to play a serious round, but if you just want a couple hours of good, cheap golf fun you won't be disappointed at Salt Creek. The Top Golf driving range right next door even plays some peppy music to get you started with your first tee shot.
the course seemed tight
The course seemed tight to play in but it's very doable. Its a begginers course but it does take some skill to complete.
2set - 9 holes
We played 2 sets of 9-holes called blue and white course. Maybe because of the heavy rain the past few days before that's why the course had puddles in some places.
It was still a good outing and allright for the money.
Their practice facility is great. It is modern, computerized and equipped for outing parties or just simply for entertainment.
This course has great features.
The course plays very short, but is still challenging.

Nice place to work on your irons
Short course, 9 par 3s and 9 par 4s, you could leave your woods home and have a nice practice round with your irons.
GREAT, FUN COURSE FOR THE NOT SO GREAT GOLFER!
I live in Wood Dale and feel very fortunate to have this wonderful course in my back yard. It is a fun course, and you have the option of playing a quick 9 holes or the full 18. The entire staff here is GREAT!
Easy, Good for hackers, but thats who you'll be playing with/ around
The course was fine, some standing water, not to challenging but didnt expect it to be being a par 63, would have gave better review if starter didnt start 4 groups ahead of me as I made the turn on the back nine... Horribly timed in terms of starting groups, round ended up taking almost 5 HOURS!!
