This course is well designed
Course was too wet for golf carts so it made it more difficult
Great value
Greens recently aerated and some sand added, so not in the best shape. But course overall is in great condition. Nice layout, friendly staff. Excellent value. Pace of play could be better. Senior scramble during the week and they were in no hurry, but no complaints otherwise.
Bring your own cooler
Always good to get out in the middle of February in Missouri Ang get in a round of golf. This course has good winter greens and is maintained very well, even the bunkers are kept up . good value for the money
Always fun and challenging, great conditions for Nov.
Belk is another hidden gem in Southern IL, and always worth the drive from MO. Every round played reminds me why I keep coming back- great course layout, challenging, fun, with great staff and solid customer service. Looking forward to playing Belk a bunch in 2018!!

The course was in good condition. It's a fun course to play. Kind of challenging
Waited 5 to 10 minutes on every hole to hit a ball played 17 holes and quit after 5 1/2 hours person that runs the course played in front of us and they were running the cart on par threes and where it says no carts allowed not good example for the rest of the golfers to come and play there
Best municipal course around. Worse pace of play in the entire United States . Hardly ever a Marshall on the course and when there is they won't do anything about pace of play . The only thing they do is look for lost balls . 5 hour round minimum better pack a lunch , but good news is you can pack your own .
Enjoyable Round
I always enjoy playing this course. They have recently airated and sanded the greens. The grounds crew did an excellent job. We were still able to putt with few problems. This course offers great play to golfers of all levels.

Solid layout
Has 4 tee boxes, length is fair as long as you play to your handicap. Course has seemed to hold water which kept us on the cart path, but no big deal. Some of the cart patchs are in rough shape and need repair. Course is in good condition both greens and through the green.
Early Spring Golf
Playing golf in March as an Illinois resident is a treat. The temperature was around 57 degrees and it was sort of windy. However, I enjoyed my round as the course is in really good condition for this time of year. I hope to improve my driving distance as the temperatures increase. My iron play was average or below and my putting was average. I three putted the last two holes with another one earlier in the round. All in all I enjoyed my round at Belk Park as I usually do since I play there many times through the season. The online deals I find make playing golf affordable for me and my friends and we will continue seeking out these from the different online sites that offer them. Thanks for allowing me to express myself regarding my golf experiences.
Outstanding greens
Wide-open links style course by far the nicest example of groundskeeping that I've seen all winter great job by the course staff i'll definitely play this one again!
