Early Spring Golf
Playing golf in March as an Illinois resident is a treat. The temperature was around 57 degrees and it was sort of windy. However, I enjoyed my round as the course is in really good condition for this time of year. I hope to improve my driving distance as the temperatures increase. My iron play was average or below and my putting was average. I three putted the last two holes with another one earlier in the round. All in all I enjoyed my round at Belk Park as I usually do since I play there many times through the season. The online deals I find make playing golf affordable for me and my friends and we will continue seeking out these from the different online sites that offer them. Thanks for allowing me to express myself regarding my golf experiences.
Outstanding greens
Wide-open links style course by far the nicest example of groundskeeping that I've seen all winter great job by the course staff i'll definitely play this one again!
Hidden gem
Course was in great shape. They have worked hard to keep this course in perfect condition
Belk Park
5 1/2 hours to play, and we teed off 20 minutes late. Course is very good shape for a muni. Check in, though, there were five guys talking to the person behind counter. They were not checking in, just talking. It seemed as though I was interrupting them. The one Marshall we encountered was in a cart, on path toward us, then across, driving at a speed so slow that we were not surprised that the pace of play was what it was. I like the course. Not the pace of play
Great course
This course was a lot of fun and in excellent condition. I wish it was a little cheaper but over all will definitely be going back a lot more.

Fast Greens!
Really enjoyed playing Belk Park and will definitely be back to play again. The course is in very good condition, and will only get better into the spring and summer months.
Be aware.... The greens are BP are extremely fast. Be careful on your approach shots and where you land the ball. It will definitely roll hard and fast.
Great course and can't wait to play it again!

For the weather and conditions the day we played the course was fine. I've played here many times and like the layout. I would recommend playing Bell Park.

Fun course
Course was in nice shape. Grass had just been cut.
POORLY MANAGED
First off, they let a group of 10 OLDER people play on same tee for 9 holes. Slowed the entire course down. Then the back nine was worse. 4-some hitting 8 balls on every tee. Back nine was shot for shot slow. 3 hour back nine. A toddler was allowed in front of them as well. Embarrassingly slow.
