Great condition
Got a hot deal off of golf now and aged a quality and maintained course. Bunkers were questionable.
What a day for golf!
The Course at Aberdeen has been on a roller coaster through the years - some peaks, some valleys. The course is definitely climbing! The fairways and greens are great considering the amount of play. The only issue is tee box maintenance ... the amount of play has left many boxes in middling to poor shape (I have no remedy - but it is a fact). If you live in or around Valpo and want a nice round, there can hardly be a better value than Aberdeen. Thanks folks for a great day!!!

It was worth the drive !!!!! Very challenging must choose the right club. Fairways slightly hard where you can get some extra yards . Some dry spots . Greens had a few dry divots but overall good. We can’t wait to go back knowing now where the fairways lead into the greens . Holes are far apart where a cart is a must .

Great place for a great price.
Honestly I just hate how the trees hug the greens. But that’s not their fault that my approach is garbage. Lol. It’s a great place with great staff and great prices.

THIS COURSE IS A LOT OF FUN. IT ISN PRETTY TOUGH FOR SHORT HITTERS BUT IT IS WORTH THE STRUGGLE. WE WILL GO BACK TO ENJOY THE COURSE.

Won’t be my last time
Beautiful course! Very friendly staff,excellent food service . It is one of the toughest courses in this area ,and I didn’t score very well. . But, I still had so much fun playing it and I plan on being back very soon .

Great Course
Course provides a mix of all... forcing you to make certain shots to remain in play. elevation changes force you to think more than just distance on each shot. It is not a grip n' rip driver every par 4 and 5. Greens were in decent condition for a public course, would like to see more people fix ball marks. Some holes were dog legs, more advice on these tee shots would be helpful (especially on back nine). I will play again!

Needs a ranger on the course
Pace of play on a Wednesday afternoon was just about 4 hours. However an impatient guy and his girlfriend decided to move from hole 15 to the 18th tee box in front of us. When asked if they were lost or on the wrong hole the guy got upset and challenged us to a fight while holding his driver. That should never happen anywhere much less on a golf course. In my 35 years of playing golf I have never seen or encountered anything like this and hope to never again. I won’t ever go back to The Course at Aberdeen their clientele and lack of a ranger have given me an experience I will never forget!!
Really enjoyable round for visitors
This was a beautiful, mature course with great fairways. The tee boxes and sandtraps were in need of maintenance, but during COVID crisis was understandable.
The back nine is more difficult than the front with some "Gimmicky" holes in between.....blind drives with trees in the way and a marshland that blocks your view to even attempt to see where your approach shot landed. Bring extra balls!!
But otherwise, it's a fun course and we'd play again if in the area.

A shame
Very beautiful course. Very poor maintenance on greens, tee boxes, fairway divots, and bunkers. Bunkers are virtually unplayable. Full of rocks and cheap sand.
Challenging course for average golfers
The course was in beautiful condition besides one hole that I believe may have been flooded this year. Besides that hole the course was in great shape. Challenging course for average golfers that shoot in the 90s usually. Very unforgiving if you make even the slightest mistake sometimes. But a fun course to play nonetheless!
