Bipolar
The course layout and conditions vastly exceeded my expectations HOWEVER the customer experience was an epic fail. Happy golfing everyone and I hope you hit your hole in one somewhere other than Palmira
The “Old Course”
White Hawk certainly gets its favor as NWI’s best public course, but Palmira is an absolute gem. Has an old course feel that clearly puts the priority on an affordable round that has very underrated course conditions. The greens this morning were the best I’ve ever seen them. Tournament level green and pure. And they break sharply favoring good putters. Its a slept on course.
People Do not Play Ready Golf
Great course but very slow play. No one plays ready golf today.
Irish Bomber
Great course. Good shape. Love the layout. Need new clubhouse!!!
Great course, terribly managed.
The course itself is by far the best you’re going to find for the $60 price tag (with cart). All the grass was cut and maintained for absolutely great playing condition. The maintenance guy was super cool as well as the starter. The lady in the clubhouse was a grump, and most public course are. And they have way overbooked the place. They had multiple groups of 40+ playing that day as well as all the normal tee times. I’d go back again, just not on the weekend.
Solid choice
For $62 to play 18 with a cart, this is a hard to beat course in NWI. Well maintained and challenging. Staff could be a bit more attentive, but they at least get their job done.
Absolutely beautiful course!
Great course, tons of elevation and hazards. Beautiful and scenic! No houses just nature. Saw a bald eagle! Great staff too!
Very good course
Course is challenging and well kept. Putting is very difficult but had fun. Would recommend.
Best shape
The conditions are clearly the best that I’ve seen in about three years fairways were uniform greens were rolling true. I highly recommend.
