Love the scenery!

Beautiful golf coarse... Every hole plays differently. Birdies are hard to come by. The greens are in excellent shape but hard to read. The tee shot is critical.... Pretty much bogied every hole where the tee shot went off the fairway. For the price and value.... I would strongly recommend this golf coarse to any level golfer.

First Time Playing

This course is in the sticks!

One of my favorite attributes of this course was it's distance from nearly everything! No road noise... no cars honking in the background... no jets rumbling above. I've not played a great many courses, but it was nice to be able to enjoy the game (and the course) without all the distractions. I'll definitely play there again!

nice course

nice layout- my only negative is there were no rangers on the course. It took over 5 hrs to play due to slow playing yahoos in front of us.

Hilly course with water

Played following 3 days of heavy rain so course was wet. However, difficult course with hills and water all around.

Hickory Sticks Review

Very hilly course with beautiful vistas and lots of water esepecailly if you're playing from the tips. Definitely favors a placement player than a big bopper. Greens are undulating, but are smooth. Traps need some more sand and some work. Great carts with "foot free" brakes. Neat track. Worth the drive. Look for a calm day.

Great for first round of the year.

This was my first round of the year and it was cold and wet. Given those conditions, the course was in pretty good shape. Tees, fairways and greens were all very playable given the time of year and the cool, wet conditions. The staff was friendly and the pace was good. They had brand new carts (ours was the first round) which was a bonus. It was an enjoyable experience and I would go back.

Great value good course for the money

The course was wet so cart path only. The course is hilly for cart path only play, but they did allow older players to go off the path which was good. The course was good not great. Greens have been notoriously slow, but with a new pro and finally friendly staff this course can be great. It has the bones for a great course even though it's short.

Awesome Norman course!

A little wet today but great shape for December 3rd. I play here frequently throughout the year, and the staff and course always are excellent.

This is a hilly course that challenges all of your skills and is fun.

If you like the hills (not All holes) the greens are very quick and smooth. It will make you wonder why it is so difficult and it is in a beautiful setting. It is a course that makes you play target golf. Very different than the flat courses that are around here. It brings you back to reality.

Great course with fast greens

Loved this course and the layout. The elevation changes and water make this a fun course. Beware the greens! When my group played they were very fast. A missed putt would easily add another two strokes to your score.

Hidden Gem

We were out of the car & on the tee in less than 15 minutes. Being that it was a 70° day in October the course was pretty busy, but we still played in under 4:30.

Course was in great shape from tee box to green.

Being out in the country, this course is a great place to get away and just enjoy the day.
