Much Improved
I haven’t played here in several years, but landed a Hot Deal on GN. Connemara wasn’t well maintained then, but it is in excellent condition now. The course is still relatively short which makes it fun. Very conveniently located and the staff is very friendly.

Great recovery
Tackling my bucket list to golf on all 50 states. Scheduled to play course two weeks out and 24 hours before my tee time the rains started. Approximately 3 inches of rain. Tee time was 8:45 the next day. The course was great shape, water drained very well. After 4 holes the Ranger Notified us it was no longer cart path only and use 90 degree rule. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the course recovered from all of the rain.
Staff was very friendly as were the other golfers.

Best value in Lex area
22 bucks with the cart is almost unbeatable. Greens are well kept and course keeps improving. Well done by the staff.
Some blind tee shots, but the course is open enough you can find almost anything.

Not the old Connemara
The course is we’re maintained, the green and tees are in good shape and there is nice grass in the fairway.. The landscaping s around a few holes is first rate.. it’s still wide open, But it is worthy of a visit if you have t been in a while.

Early morning golf
We were able to begin play early and enjoyed the course. The greens were mowed as well as the fairways and rough. We highly recommend Connemara.
