A great affordable place to play
Overall decent course that I enjoy playing. Sand traps could use some work fluffing them up.
Good for Feb 2
Wasn’t expecting much being it was Feb 2. Course was in decent shape and pace of play was lightning fast. Staff is friendly. I’ll play here again.
Just Saying
First the positives, good layout, friendly competent staff, great pace of play, great value and scenic location. Now the other, greens are at times terrible, bunkers are not maintained, Bermuda grass fairways are worst in the area.
But…value seems to trump all opinions about which I agree. Also, friendliness of staff and other golfers cannot be topped. Will play again and again.
Always a great playing experience
Staff is very nice. Had rained all morning so 90 degree on carts, but the course had drained very well. Good fairways and soft greens!
Wicomico is the place to go!
Friendly, senior tees, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, long views.
Excellent Round
Some gorgeous views and nice elevation changes make for a very interesting round with some challenging holes. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me a few tips when I told them that it was my first time playing the course. Played the back nine first and it was wide open and only took about an hour and then ran into an expected backup on the back nine due to a Special Olympics Event. The 18 holes still only took about 3 hours. Great day. Will definitely be back!
Great for novice like myself
Very friendly staff and easy going atmosphere. Being a public course the greens aren’t pebble beach but it’s a fun time.
Need to Marshal the players
Super slow back nine, could have been resolved with an active marshal pushing the poorer players along.
