Links at Challedon

Great day on the course; super friendly staff; would definitely play there again - first time at this course. will tell friends about it

I really enjoy playing at the Links at Challedon. The course is always in good shape. The greens have good speed. It is a particularly forgiving course that allows you to really let loose on some holes. I think it's great value for the money.

The the staff is friendly and the facilities are in really good shape.

I frequent this course more than any other course in the area.

One of my favorite courses in the Baltimore area. I like to stop at this course on my way to Canada when I am hunting bears. Greens were faster than ever. Enjoyed my time there and my foursome of well dressed gentleman did as well. Great friendly staff that made me feel like I was at a private country club. Oh yeah , good driving range where I can hit a driver even though I average like 330 off the tee.

I've been an annual pass member for several years, can't beat this place for the money. Course is in great shape, greens are fantastic. Course has a great mix of birdie holes mixed in with holes that can give you a big number. Staff is super friendly. All around great golf experience

If it weren't for the glacial pace of play, I'd have rated the course a little higher. We had planned on playing 18, however, the combination of the slow pace of play, lack of marshals, and cold windy conditions, we decided to pack it in after 9 holes. Actually, we skipped over the 8th due to the oblivious foursome ahead of us. Luckily, the clubhouse staff were very understanding and gave us rainchecks for the remaining 9 holes. Too bad too, the course was in pretty good shape and we'd have liked to finish up the round.

Course was in good shape. Very fast (faster than usual) greens. The rough was kind of deep and we lost a few balls that should have easily been found. Pace of play was good for a weekday.

Hole #14 & #8use at least one more club. I would have given the course a 5 rating in all areas, BUT< the sand traps were HORRIBLE. Will definitely return to play this course!

The course is challenging and in excellent condition. Haven't played here in probably 5 years, so it was like playing a new course. The rough is cut long in spots, so on a couple of holes it was a bit of a challenge to find our balls. Greens are in very good shape. We will definitely play here again. It was a very enjoyable round.

I like the layout of the course. There are long and short par 3's and long and short par 4's. It's a good mix. It's obvious that the hot summer has taken a toll on the grass, but the crew was out watering so they're doing what they can. I'd like to come back in the spring or early summer next year and give this course another try.

Very nice course. Needs water.....we all need it to rain. Course a little dry because of lack of rain. Greens and tee bxs are very good. Always enjoy this course

Very forgiving course even when the tee shot goes astray

Wish we had known about the Aerating done earlier in the week, other than that we enjoyed it.

The pace of play could have been a little better but otherwise good course for the price.

Course will test your shot skills and patience. Some holes more challenging than others.

I absolutely loved golfing this course. The staff was great..super friendly. The starter gave us all the key tips to the course. He even gave us an info booklets with great hints about how to approach each hole. Most challenging public course by design, yet open enough to not lose too many balls!!

Most certainly returning here.

Everything about this course is great EXCEPT for the pace of play. To me, I would rather play a course that's in worse condition then wait in line on every hole. I've played this course multiple times and each time I've had to wait in line for multiple groups to finish the hole. When it was finally our turn to tee off, there were 3 groups behind us watching.

I would not recommend this to a friend. The staff are overly friendly and the course conditions are above average for the GolfNow rate of $37 but none of that is worth going to this course considering the pace of play.

Course has always had a nice routing and generally is in good shape. The greens today were horrible due to some work being done but the traps were even worse. Greens from front nine to back nine were like 2 different courses and EVERY trap was a different kind of sand/dirt. I hope they get it together and fix the conditions as you get closer to the holes. It's more important than having nice tee boxes.

Nuff said. Fairways above avg, rough a little long. Sand above avg.

Had an enjoyable time playing 18 holes on a beautiful course. The only problem we encountered was some difficultty teeing up on two of the holes as the tees would not push into the ground .

I shot an amazing 75 first time pace was a little slower than normal I did not see one Marshall all day to speed the pace .at the turn I ordered chicken salad sandwich (they are great ) once inside I noticed 10 or more chicken breast on the grill they finally told me they were out I grabbed a blt and a coffee well no coffee either so the girl took my cup and I could see her make me instant yuck after 30 minutes or more I continued my round and shot the best score every !!!
