Very very hilly. Excellent condition of course grounds.

Great shape, probably to many blind shots but if you can hit it straight? Your way shy of the game. Some fairways have a bit to much slop so targets are small from the tee. With all that said I would definitely go back.

Always a great golf course, great staff, and nice pace of play. Must play when your in the area will be happy you did!

Very nice course in great shape very nice layout beautiful views. Some very interesting holes. Many blind shots a challenging course. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely Palau this course again

If you are on the fence about playing Brookside because of the yardage being short don’t worry it will give you a challenge. Condition was great from tee to green. Didn’t find a bad spot anywhere. For being a shorter course pace of play was on the day I played was slow. Not sure it that holds true every day or just the time of day. So if you are on your way to the cape for a vacation or weekend leave early and play Brookside . A side note the superintendent is the club champion and he likes his club to be perfect.

Course is in great shape. Challenging lay out. Does not play long but will require you to use every club.

I play a number of the better public access courses in this area, and this is a great bargain.

Course is always in great condition. Fun place to play

No starter, pace of play is the worst around, worst I’ve ever experienced. The course is lined with condos and many of the people who live there are pathetic. This moron let his dog run lose and he couldn’t get control of the dog so it ran around like a maniac for 10 minutes, interrupting our round as well as the groups behind us. Then this other idiot woman with a dog yelled at us that “this is our land.” I was honestly flabbergasted and I will never waste my money here ever again and I tell everyone that this is the worst course around. Not to mention that the course is poorly designed, very short with many many blind shots and wonky little holes. I see prices on golf now and they are outrageous for this trash course.

This is one of the capes hidden gems, absolutely amazing layout winding through low areas of the cape after starting high with a view of the bay. The condition of this course was non other than expected at a private club. The par 3’s are great and it a ball strikers course with small target greens and undulating fairways. A truly must play on the cape.

Didn't know what to expect when I booked it but it was a great course. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The greens really tested my putting skills and some of the hidden water got me at least once. The 19th hole was awesome and the prime rib was awesome and the service was awesome as well.

Course was great shape Staff couldn’t be any friendlier.
