Course is always in great condition. Fun place to play

No starter, pace of play is the worst around, worst I’ve ever experienced. The course is lined with condos and many of the people who live there are pathetic. This moron let his dog run lose and he couldn’t get control of the dog so it ran around like a maniac for 10 minutes, interrupting our round as well as the groups behind us. Then this other idiot woman with a dog yelled at us that “this is our land.” I was honestly flabbergasted and I will never waste my money here ever again and I tell everyone that this is the worst course around. Not to mention that the course is poorly designed, very short with many many blind shots and wonky little holes. I see prices on golf now and they are outrageous for this trash course.

This is one of the capes hidden gems, absolutely amazing layout winding through low areas of the cape after starting high with a view of the bay. The condition of this course was non other than expected at a private club. The par 3’s are great and it a ball strikers course with small target greens and undulating fairways. A truly must play on the cape.

Didn't know what to expect when I booked it but it was a great course. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The greens really tested my putting skills and some of the hidden water got me at least once. The 19th hole was awesome and the prime rib was awesome and the service was awesome as well.

Course was great shape Staff couldn’t be any friendlier.

Great track, good conditions for the beginning of July, it was a hot one.

Only issue was not enough water on course and never saw beverage cart..

4.5 hours for a 2 ball. A lot of waiting around A’s course was very very slow. Aside from that, if you have all day to play, a great course in good condition

Slow play always on Saturdays. Took 3 hrs 50 minutes to play 13 holes. Think starter pushed a group he knew ahead of us on first tee

It's perfectly priced just beneath places like pinehills and granite links and what u get is proportionate. It's a good layout but could definitely benefit from a couple longer holes on each side. And it's always in good shape but not flawless like the next level of course. If you can get a good price definitely check this out and it's right near the bridge so it's significantly closer to Boston and Providence than other cape courses

Good weather. Course I’m very good. Onfition. Greens true but a bit slow after rain last night. Firm fairways. Very nice course with some interesting doglegs and. Varied elevations.
