we asked for a handicap flag and did not get one! also yelled at by a course worker for driving cart on first fairway because it was wet. no sign toi tell us that and nobody mentioned that when signing in? did not like layout to many blind shots with slanted fairways and have to park carts way away from greens and walk up and down hills to get to green, also this was May 7 th and kitchen+ bar not open.the course was in fairly good condition

Absolutely beautiful public golf course! I played here for the first time about a month ago and couldn't wait to go back and considering I'm coming from over an hour away that's saying something. Awesome condition, not soggy which is awesome because of all the rain lately. This place must be pristine during the summer. I played alone and every group I caught up to let me play through. Awesome place and will be back again soon!

This is a great course. I enjoyed the layout. It was super windy the day I played and this is a very narrow course which makes it good if you are looking for a challenge. There are multiple blind shots.

The course was in fantastic condition for early spring. Very fair and challenging layout. Pace of play was great....very friendly staff. Great job, guys!

This course is in very good condition. Similar to other courses on the Cape it is narrow and short with multiple blind shots. The greens were very nice. There was a lot of wind off the bay which presented an extra layer of difficulty, I will definitely be back to this course. They have a driving range and a small putting green to warm up.

Course was in good shape especially for this time of year,, Greens a bit bumpy due to being plugged but ok. Pace of play on a Sunday was very good, played in under 4 hours. Had not played there for many years but will go back

I have never had a disappointing round of golf here at the Brookside Club.

The golf course was in great condition. The fairways are very forgiving. There is however a few “blind shots “along the course. I think some of the signs were missing to direct you to the next hole because we had some difficulty navigating, otherwise a great course!

Had an extremely positive experience at this course. With GolfNow discount, the value was fantastic. Greens and fairways were in very good shape, and the staff was super friendly, honest, and knowledgable.

Only negatives were the layout really favors fades/slices versus right to left ball flights, and some of the cart paths are a little iffy. But overall I definitely would return at this price.

A good deal on Golf Now with golf & cart at $43.50 each. Course is in excellent condition, it's an interesting layout, and every employee we interacted with was friendly, polite, & helpful. Pace of play was a problem. Took 5.5 hours to play the 18 holes. They had a tournament playing that I didn't know about when I booked the round on Golf Now. We personally started seeing groups drive away and quit mid-round starting with the group of 4 players behind us on #12. Saw 7 groups drive away to quit instead of finish the round. A 5.5 hour pace of play is an excellent way for a great course to lose business and get bad mouthed in reviews on-line. When we finished at 6:15pm from our 12:30pm tee time and 12:45pm actual start time the pro shop was already locked up so no one available to complain to or discuss the problem. I like this course but will probably not be going back there anytime soon.

thoroughly enjoyable round on a super well groomed golf course with wonderful greens and great fairways and tees. Pace of play was Ok considering it was a Friday at 11 am.Played in a little over four hours. nice course, driendly staff, nice practice facility. good value. very easy to get to.

Great course! Tough holes but a very fun layout. Only challenge as a first timer was dealing with blind shots. Course was in excellent condition and the greens were immaculate. Will play there again for sure!
