Nice Course, but
My hot deal included cart fee but I was charged anyway, wasn't able to pull up app on phone to prove. Otherwise it was good.
Beautiful but slow Wed
Course was perfect. Greens rolled nice and tees were well groomed. Fairways were a little tight but in great shape. You could not ask for a better day to play golf. Only negative is someone was giving a lessons two groups ahead of us and it was a full five hour round. It is very hard to get well when you are waiting on every hole.
Cart not included
It's a nice course in good condition. My only complaint is the hot deal evidently didn'tinclude carts where I thought it did. Thus the value for the money was only average,
Jeff's Day
Course was spectacular. It was very hot 90% but pace of play was good. Greens were great and course was dry.
Tees were good and fairways were nice but a little tight. First cut was the place to be. Had a great day.
Pace of play
The course is amazing and the staff is great as well. The only problem I have and this happens over and over again here especially Sat and Sun. They schedule to many tee time on top of one another. There were several tee boxes that we were 3-4 foursomes deep waiting to play. It is extremely hard to get a tempo when you wait 15 minutes after ever shoot. I took 5hours and 23minutes to play 18 that is unexpectable. I saw the ranger 3 times and each time he talked to everyone but zero changed. I won’t play Chicopee on the weekends anymore because of the pace. We even had the 2some we were team up with quit after 9 because of the wait time! Easy fix....less tee times one after another....instead of every 5 minutes lets tee off every 15 minutes or 10 minutes.
Course Conditions- renovating some areas and some downed tree stumps left behind or it would be a 5
Grade A Course
Have wanted to play this course for a while based on all of the great reviews and it did not disappoint. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens all in great shape. Most fairways are generous so you can bomb away and have little trouble finding your ball. A few narrow fairways but otherwise not much trouble. A lot of slope on the greens but not lightning fast. Sub-four hour round was also a bonus for my twosome. A solid course overall with friendly staff so I will definitely return.
Fun Course, Well Maintained, Great Value for the Money
The title says it all. Wonderful course in great shape. And the price can't be beat. Staff is friendly and food is very good. Will definitely play again!
Course usually has gorgeous greens. They should turn number 12 back into a par 4 like it was originally. If they don’t then they should level off the tee box on 12 to give players a good chance off the tee shooting into the most difficult green on the course.
