Great all around. .
This is a very attractive course. It’s layout has a good variety and some modest challenges, without being overly difficult for the casual golfer. They make a nice lunch, and everyone on staff we met was very friendly.
Nice course
Always a favorite, plays long, in good shape, great weather. It is awesome to be out golfing, and this course makes it fun. It is in good shape from tees, fairways and greens ( could be a little faster).
good course for this time of year
Course is showing signs of winter coming on, recently aerated greens, a little bumpy. Great weather was fun to out this late in the season.
Best Public Course in the Area
This is a great layout and it is kept in excellent condition. A really great New England style layout. Autumn leaves were no problem as they were no where to be seen.
Fall ball
We were a twosome, course used shotgun start before we played in afternoon. They got us in during gaps in play. Course in great shape, greens rolling nice. I’ve played Chicopee for over 45 years and it is a test of your skills. I believe in the last couple of years, the course has improved to it’s glory days and contains a couple of WMass’ best and toughest holes. The fairways were cleaned of leaves but that meant any ball heading elsewhere was a goner. A great day of Fall golf, they are disappearing fast as the clock changes.
Starter with a GREAT attitude
I played Chicopee earlier in the month and meant to review this great course then, so this will be a combined review of both trips. I was so very impressed with this course that I had to play it again. Hence the the delayed review. Both times played I had the most pleasurable experiences with David. He is the most professional and friendly starter I have ever encountered in all me years of play! Right from the start he was approachable and inviting. After check-in, (which was also a great experience) he made me feel like I was a member. He gave me tips as I have not played this course before. I actually drove 90 minutes from CT. to play here after reading the great reviews about Chicopee. David would be an asset to any golf course, Chicopee should feel honored that he chose their course to be his home!
The course is very attractive and reasonably challenging from all the tees. The views are to be commended during the fall. Along with the jets and helicopters flying over from nearby Westover military base. (others may be upset with this distraction, however it is amazing to see such a display of dominant force flying overhead) It did not bother me at all! I was impressed.
The other impressing thing was the on-board rate card. They had "GOLFNOW" as a contact for a great rate and to book now on "GOLFNOW" I found this to be pleasing, as you may have heard how other courses treat us "GOLFNOWer's" (like they wouldn't click on a good deal themselves...Lol)
This made me feel even more welcomed and I will definitely play and refer this course to anyone!!!

Course in very good conditions(Except Bunkers)
Very nice course, fast greens, the people working there are extremely, nice & helpful! I would have given 5 stars, but the bunkers were in poor shape, a lot of stone. But I talked to the man in the pro shop and he stated that all the bunkers were going to be redone by the start of next year. I would play this course again.
Always a great condition golf golf course
For playing late in the year the course was in great shape. Would definitely play it again . Also a great course for the price.

Beautiful Course
Chose this course for the value and previous reviews. It did not disappoint. Course was in excellent condition and it is a beautiful looking course. Has several blind shots but was a fun course overall. Greens were true and fast for a Muni.

This course has been on my list for while. Played several times and continues to deliver a good experience.
Good day, seemed like a private course as not many golfers out. Conditions are good.
