Booked a morning tee time...when we arrived noticed that the parking lot was full...suspected that a tournament was in progress...we were worked in near our origiinal tee time...Good news.

Bad news was that we later caught a group of locals playing as a fivesome...was disappointed that they allowed fivesome play....we waited on every hole afterwards...

Nevertheless I would still recommend this course.

A very nice quaint little course in great condition. We enjoyed playing this course very much. Thought it was maybe a few dollars overpriced for location and style of course. Can play comparable courses for $ 7 - $ 8 cheaper.

I've played here several times and it's been less pleasant lately. The price has gone up significantly and I've had several instances where members throw etiquette out the window. I spent Sunday afternoon dodging another John Daly wannabe on 4 of the first 9 holes. A drive by the foursome behind me just missed me and hit my cart on the fly. This is not the first time it's happened here. There is a huge need for a course ranger and management to get a few members under control before somebody gets seriously hurt.

Great course and very well maintained. Staff extremely friendly. Had a great time.

Great course off the beaten path in Bean Station, TN. Course was very lush and the heavy rains of the previous day did not affect play. Greens small and challenging with multiple breaks.

Course was in great condition as usual! From tee box to green you will not find a course in better condition in East Tennessee!!! Just a great place to golf!

Really enjoyed my round here Pace was great Course was in good shape Staff was very friendly We played an extra 9 for 7 bucks Hot dogs and sandwich kept us going Pretty good drive from Seymour but worth it We will be back

Nice course with challenging greens !!!

Early morning t-time and course in excellent shape! Greens are so quick that the line is the only thing you have to worry about. Enjoyed the fast pace of play and overall great conditions of the course. Just wish it was a closer drive!

This is an established course, with narrow fairways on some holes. Fairways have decent Bermuda grass, Greens are soft but roll true with a few bad ball mark spots. All the greens are kind of peaked in the middle and roll off every side so ensure you hit approach into the middle of the green. Easy to walk, was not crowded but I played about 12:00 during the middle of the week. The little snack bar didn't have any food prepared, the golf shop guy was working both places and offered to make me a sandwich but I just got a candy bar and went on with golf. It has several tee boxes and some length so you can enjoy playing mid iron approach shots if you play blue or black tees (could only find one or two black tee markers though - so played it from the blue most holes)

Well after a 2 hour frost delay we were the first group out and had a blast on a great course. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition! Was a great day!

Fairways are to thick. I tried hitting my ball in the fescue rough because it's easier to hit out of that than the fairway. Not a challenging course. It's water or bunkers never come in play. If it wasn't for the low rate thru golf now at $26 I wouldn't play because $38 is way to much for this course

Greens were a little rough but overall the course was in great shape.The staff in the clubhouse was excellent,very friendly and accomadating

The course was in excellent condition. The layout is a challenge but fair to everyone. People in the shop and on the course were very nice. We have a lot of courses closer but i know this will become a regular place for us to play now that we discovered it. Glad we went.

Clinchview was in very good conditions. It has a very good layout where you have to move the both ways. Only two issues: no water on the course & OB markers in between adjacent fairways without notification on the scorecard or tee box.
I would recommend this course to fellow golfers!

Pro shop guys were very friendly. We were golfing for the first time in Tennessee . Everything was green, putting surface was soft. We're from Florida where every green is hard and fast . It's an older course but very well kept up. Thanks

Course is not challenging since it does not have any water and has very few sand traps. It has rolling terrain and is near the Clinch Mountains. Artificial turf green.

The course was in decent condition. The greens were in great condition and maintained a consist and speed through the. Overall for the pricepoint the course was nice.

Narrower fairways, scenic, a few bad brown spots in fairway, well watered, greens spongy and slower, greens have lots of breaks so stay beneath hole, long par 3's, enjoyable round, at at a good price. longer drive from Morristown than I expected.
