Fun, challenging course.
Tees, bunker, fairways and greens were all in good shape. But there were some areas (patches?) of worn down/dead grassy areas.
The layout is excellent. Some elevation changes, and interesting holes... though a few of the par 3s felt redundant.
I prefer to walk and I don't think they allow walking... and they shouldn't.
Not from the area, but if I'm ever back around that area I would absolutely go back and play again.
its always a joy to play this great course
My younger son & I played had chowder before going out and it was great and my son had a burger , grabbed a few drinks on the course at 7th hole perfectly placed between holes 7-14. The course was in such great shape after a very wet storm maybe 30 hrs before we played and only a few bunkers had a bit of water in them but we had maybe 6-8 inches of rain 30hrs before playing golf must have great drainage. When we finished on 18 , a wedding party was taking pictures and enjoying the time with friends & family which was nice to see, I putting for birdie and a gentlemen at the wedding came over to give me a tip and said everyone he's seen has missed right, not me perfect but a bit to long and made my par to finish the day.
This is a must play course for anyone who hasn't played her.

Great course & great staff
I have played 100’s of course acrosss this great country of ours and this will be my first review.
Let me start with the course… great conditions and a great track. You can tell the greens crew really put so much effort into this course.
The rest of the staff from the club are so welcoming even being so early in he morning.
I will definitely come back and play again the next time I am in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our round at Waverly Oaks. The course was in excellent shape and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything was great.
Better than other times
Waverly is a decent track in excellent shape right now. Greens were so good and the course had some bounce in spite of all the rain we have had recently. I’ll always despise a handful of the holes (9 and 17 are just goofy), but the course played fair today.
Vacation golf
Played 3 different courses in area while on vacation in MA. Definitely best. I would recommend to anyone who is interested. Handicap 20 or less. Me and my son enjoyed it very much. Definitely be back when in area.

Really a wonderful experience. This is a great course. As close to a country club play as one can get.
Great shape…a gimickly hole…and horrendous pace of play
Always in great shape…they still can’t figure out Golfnow though and stack up 2 somes in between 4 somes…which leads to waiting in every hole. Hole 9 is just silly. Also, it was 90’s and humid out. Is it too much to ask to put water coolers out? All of the half dozen or so cooler stations on tee boxes had no coolers in them…it’s not a COVID thing, every other course has put them back out.
