Greens in nice shape for early April. Cart paths need some work. Fun layout and great bang for the buck. Spun around in 4 hrs flat. Will certainly be back!

Great even on an early spring windy day
I am a very high handicapper but have been playing this great course for years. Given the early season (I think course opened just a few days ago) I expected conditions to be not up to what they are in summer. Layout is challenging for all levels of golfers; I don't think there is one hole that I would consider "boring." Greens were very fast which rendered my lousy putting game even worse. Very windy but I never let that bother me (although I did watch my putt on 18 blow sideways). The deck on the clubhouse is a great spot to watch golfers play into the eighteenth. Once the warm weather hits that's the place to be after a round.
Great Course
Atlantic Country Club is a great course to play. It has a great mix of challenging holes and is a fair test for the average/high-handicap golfer. The course is also a challenge from the back tees for the low handicap player. They keep the course in very good shape.

Round was cancelled due to rain and my money has not been refunded even though I cancelled before the 24hrs.

Great course. Perfect conditions. Greens were flawless. Very narrow fairways though. Not an easy place to play but it’s definitely a gem!

Not near the Atlantic, but worth the trip
You hear "Atlantic Country Club" in Plymouth, MA, and you imagine a flat seaside course being buffeted by the winds off of Massachusetts Bay. Nothing could be further from the truth. ACC offers serious elevation changes, rolling fairways and shots requiring precision, and sometimes length - with barely a drop of water. For a public course the greens were in very good shape, and you could almost play the ball down - it is Autumn in New England, so you will run into leaves and some turned up turf. Organized, friendly, a decent place for a sandwich and a beer. Plays was slow on the front due to one foursome playing from the backs who should have been playing from the fronts, and spending too much time looking for lost balls. Sound familiar? Overall, an excellent public course choice.
