Note from new owner
Thanks for reading! Michigan Meadows is getting a make over but it takes time and good weather. we have had heavy rains all year not allowing us to get heavy work done. our goal this year was cart paths and sand traps. Planned to start in March but with very wet conditions we finally started cart paths the week of June 13, 3 months late. as for the May reviews we did tell everyone its been very wet and we are in rebuilding mode. the course is fun, challenging and great for the whole family. We are not stacked with leagues everyday so you can find openings most days. Plus our dining restaurant and outside patio is top notch come for dinner stay for the view. check us out at www.littlecamilles.com
the course is in great shape right now and getting better everyday! Stop in and ask how we are doing love to share.
Great time had by all
We had a fantastic time . Weather was great and staff was accommodating.
Don't waste your time and money!
The worst course we have ever played on! Every cart path was flooded! Every tee box was in terrible condition! Almost every fairway was soft, muddy, and swampy! Some of the green were well manicured (the only highlight). No sand in the bunkers and overgrown!
Overall; this course scored an F! They couldn't pay us to golf here!
By the way; this is the first time reviewing a golf course, due to such poor conditions.
Should of Cancelled Play for the Day!!
Was looking forward to a very nice round on the holiday weekend with my two sons and wife. Well, when we arrived for our 1pm tee time we were told that they had got dumped on with rain the night prior and the course was “a little wet” Total Misrepresentation!! Except for a few high areas, it was a swamp!! Took almost 6 hours to finish, several lost balls due to bunkers and low areas being filled with feet of water… I am not sure who made the decision not to have Cart Path Only, but they will regret it!! Many of the fairways are now all rutted up from people driving carts on them probably to avoid standing in inches of standing water. Total waste if time and money!! At almost $200 on a holiday weekend Very disappointed in whoever made the decision to stay open…
Flooded
Course in bad shape, very muddy grass uncut leafs ankle deep. Lost balls even though we were in the fairway. No one made any attempt to improve condition.
Not a happy golfer
course must have dropped price due to conditions that day I payed more thru GN hot deal
Why make a tee time?
Played the front nine, everything was fine. Made the turn to find about 6 4somes in front of us. Not sure why they would start on the back 9 impeding the patrons that paid for a full 18. Would have saved my money and only played 9 if I had known there would be a 20 minute wait in on every hole of the back 9.
Overpriced
This course is definitely overpriced. $35 for 18 on a weekday evening should be more like $20. I know we've gotten a lot of rain recently, but the course was a complete swamp. The dirt cart paths are mud pits. Rough is very long, super hard to find your ball. Bunkers have been allowed to grow over and are now weed pits. Pro shop selection is poor.
Greens and tee boxes were alright, layout isn't too interesting but it's fine for a flat farmland course. Staff is friendly, but I've never seen a cart girl or ranger. I've played here twice and don't expect to be back, at least not for the price they are charging.
