Very impressive golf course. Other golfers were also very nice with warm hospitality. Two 4 member teams allowed me pass thru them without any request because I am alone.

We played 9 holes at 7:30am. The weather was perfect, greens were beautiful & the staff was super friendly! Will definitely return for more!

Wife and I played here as we have several previous times.

Course in good shape but several holes are limited to cart path only which made for a lot of walking for a

77 yr old man. And I really didn't see much justification for it in most areas.

5 hours and 20 mins with some of the slowest play I've ever seen. Course marshals did not seem to care or do anything about it.

There was a six'em on the golf course... I think that pretty much says it all.

On the 10th hole there was a group on the green a group in the fairway and three groups on the tee waiting to tee off... Five groups on one whole is outrageous!

Course is a great test of accuracy especially when sent off back nine first. I play the course a few times a year and it was good to play it again yesterday. Many deer seen on course, 6 or 8. Clubhouse people and all workers are just all glad to work there. A bit slow at times, but finished in four hours. Course in great condition. Greens smooth and course all green despite little rain lately.

This was my first time playing Pierce Lake in about 15 years. It's exactly like I remembered it to be. Amazing.

For a county course, it has the look and feel of a private one. The course was a bit wet, but it didn't effect the playability. Tees were in great shape. Fairways were as well, but allowed the ball to roll out. Greens were quick, but held approach shots. Biggest critique was pin placement. Pins were in some really tough positions... borderline unfair on a couple of holes. The course is difficult enough without having to deal with that. We joked several times about it being a Saturday with Sunday tournament pins.

Staff was on their game. Polite. Friendly. Rangers out monitoring pace. We had a 7am tee time and played in just over 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Loved the smooth cartpaths, and the e look electric carts had a lot of zip. It will not be that long before my next visit.

This course is worth paying a dollar a hole for, if not a few extra dollars too. The greens are slow but pretty well kept and there aren't 1000 unfixed ball marks. The yardage and course layout are respectable and challenging at times. 20 dollars for a tee time here is good value. a lot of other courses around here charge 20-30 for a tee time and it is totally not worth it...

One of the BEST public courses around. Only 2 negatives: 1. The staff members at the course seem like they’re following you during your round…weird feeling…like they’re babysitting the golfers or something.

2. A few areas are being worked on near the cart paths (no biggie)…. Not really in play

the fairways, greens, tee boxes….and everything else is GREAT!
