New favorite
Excellent course, great condition.
If you enjoy playing smart golf and shaping shoots this is for you. Highly recommend.
Great Course
Greens were in great shape. Challenging layout. Enjoyed the round
Meadows at Grand Valley
I always enjoy playing this course - there is a nice variety of hole layouts and always in great condition. Be aware of water - there are a few holes with small creeks cutting through the fairway all marked well with red stakes.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE
This course is in amazing shape. It is SO beautiful, every hole is a new piece of exquisite art and I just flat out had a great experience at the meadows.!!!!
Beautiful course- Golfnow a waste of $$
Course is always in good shape- very well taken care of. Greens are fast but in excellent shape. Booked on Golfnow for $37, cost of service fee was $10 - come to find out booking with golf now wasn’t any kind of a deal- spring rates are $37, so by booking with Golfnow I actually lost $10. Unless it’s a “Hot Deal” I will always call the course or look online first. Something i’ll remember from now on so I’m not throwing my $$ away.
Replace your divots
Fun and challenging layout when the wind blows. Just wish the people who frequent the course would take better care of it.
If you play here encourage others to fill a few extra divots.
Spring Golf
Challenging course at reasonable price. Great shape for early spring.
We left after 13 holes
We tried this course once before and they were working on the greens and had the flag in front of the green with a circle around it on half the holes, but didn't tell us before we played. We decided to try it one more time, mistake.
This year we booked it on a good weather forecast and it was only 38 degrees at 9:00. I asked to move my tee time, but because it was a golf now deal, they said I couldn't. They made us drive there, but then delayed start times anyway. Now there was a log jam, and so many slow walkers. We left after 4 hours and only 13 frustratingly slow holes and never finished our round. The sand traps were more dirt than sand. The busy streets could be seen from many holes. This is a very overpriced course.
Championship Layout with Lots of Hazards and Fescue Grass
My first time playing a course I've hard a lot about. The greens were in excellent shape, the fairways were slightly beat up, but we played at 3pm so that's to be expected. The course is challenging and forces you to play links style golf. We got a great deal and this course was absolutely worth the price ($20/18 holes thanks to GolfNow $20 off discount + Hot Deal round). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a GPS app they mention at the tee box but I could not find it in the app store to download. Would recommend this course to any experienced golfer as a great challenge.
Good Tough Course
This course is in great shape and was enjoyable even with the breezy day. It isn’t the most forgiving course. I did enjoy a lot of the hole designs. All were different. Overall a course that is in great shape and provides a challenge.
Worth the drive.
The course is about 45 minutes from our place in Michigan and we haven’t p;aged it in years, It is a nice layout and worth the drive. After playing we resolved to get back sooner, Unfortunately the course was very wet and and there was no roll whatsoever, The rough was so thick and wet that I lost one ball that probably plugged. This slowed play considerably, A ranger would have helped fill in the gaps ahead of us, The good news was while waiting we found a dozen quality balls, This course has had multiple D2 NCAA men and women championships so it is definitely worth it,
This is a good one
What a great test of golf. Uneven lies all over the place which is why I gave the conditions 4 instead of 5 stars. It's just harder to grow grass in the fairways and roughs on steep angles. I liked the layout of this course the most, holes are next to each other but with heather grass in between it really breaks things up and feels like it's just you on your hole.
I kept the driver in the bag the whole 9 holes from the blue tees and never felt over matched distance wise so it was the right set of tees for me, for sure. Some very cool designed holes where trouble comes into play on the drive or the 2nd shot. Everything was right in front of you so you can see everything and the GolfNow app obviously helps w/ distance and hole layout.
I'll be back to try the other 9 here for sure, if you are a fan of the color blue or black, their golf shop should be in your stop as well. Some cool stuff inside, logoed and not logoed.
