It's Alright!
Always Good to play a round at Downing Farms. As my lead says , Downing Farms is Alright!
Not worth it
Most of the course was in bad shape, from tee to green. The greens were the nicest part of the course but almost every green had dead spots that I had to move my ball to get around, divots as if someone had taken a full swing from the green, or both. The course needs a lot of work to make it worthwhile to play.
Slow Play, Bad conditions
The course was in horrible shape. Extremely slow play.
Below average course, yet great Staff!
My son and I have been trying different courses every week and this one was one we haven’t played yet yeah popped up on the app so decided to try it… Staff was fantastic, very personable and warm greeting when I arrived. Unfortunately, the course is not in good shape and the layout is very strange! There was some beautiful scenery and a few holes so we made the best of it. Yeah, we probably not return unless major improvements were done.
Yet play and give your own opinion, If you do play, make sure you bring your bug spray
Low key track, Fast Greens
A short course that's good for new golfers but with greens tough rnough to keep low handicap players honest.
All of the tee boxes are tore up. Greens were not good either. Don’t waste your money on this farm land trying to be a golf course

Four 9 hole courses make for a fast round with little waiting

Course was completely flooded out and there was no sign or anything. The old lady behind the counter was super rude for what reason I don’t know. There was two groups in front of me 1 coach three small children each group. (8-12)
Had a cool layout and was cheap for 18 holes but I played three of them and left and went and played somewhere else. Truly. Didn’t know I couldn’t request a refund on the app and didn’t know I could write a review or I would have taken pictures. You guys would have died at what this course looked like.
