Sun Valley Golf Course

I wish the course and the Golf Now app would update course conditions especially when pertaining to the aeration of the greens. The greens were like playing the plinko game the price is right. Course would have been better off putting the flag in the bunkers, would have been same as the so called putting greens. Additionally the staff continues to be a major issue. The older man behind counter was horrible. He was rude and can’t understand anything. Should have went to Eagle Bluff.

Course was in good shape for this time of year. Staff was friendly. Always a good time at Sun Valley; tough to beat the value.

Course has been in great shape in 2022 after not playing here for several years I golfed multiple times here this year.

Very scenic course with NO HOUSES!

Food options are basic.

Good possibility of bees in your beers during spring/summer

I love playing here. Always a challenge, but not too hard. Beautiful course to take people too.

Fun course but no Marshall to keep things flowing. If you are cool with a 5-6 hour round for a fair deal then play here. Some tee boxes could use some attention but fair price .

I have played Sun Valley dozens of times and the course is by far in the best condition ever. It is a beautiful place with a challenge to all levels of golfers.

My 1st time there in 20+ years. I had forgotten how much I like this course. Great lay-out with a good mix of open and tight holes, and lots of elevation changes. Some of the views from the course are worth the green fees alone. Also, no road noise or neighborhood homes to worry about. Some of the tee boxes and fairways were a bit rough, but the weather has been very dry, so this was to be expected. The greens were in great shape (firm, fast and true); better than most I've played in the greater St. Louis area. Well worth the modest green fees and the 30-minute drive up US 61.

Great views! Tough holes throughout !! Greens were very good 👍. I always loved this course
