Beautiful views & a great value
My 1st time there in 20+ years. I had forgotten how much I like this course. Great lay-out with a good mix of open and tight holes, and lots of elevation changes. Some of the views from the course are worth the green fees alone. Also, no road noise or neighborhood homes to worry about. Some of the tee boxes and fairways were a bit rough, but the weather has been very dry, so this was to be expected. The greens were in great shape (firm, fast and true); better than most I've played in the greater St. Louis area. Well worth the modest green fees and the 30-minute drive up US 61.

I have played this course many times over many years and the improvements in the course are fantastic.
Always a good challenge
Fun at Sun Valley
I have played Sun Valley golf course a lot over the years and will continue to play there in the future. I bring various friends out there and they enjoy the course like I do. I play out here a lot with my son and then it's off to Cadillac Bills restaurant. I just played here last Wednesday and am playing again tomorrow. The course is in great shape Thanks to the work of the groundskeepers.

Club House
Horrible manners from the head Marshall. Makes me walk around the tee box on hole 1, the putting green and the driving range to find a random group of 3 to play with. After I couldn’t find them, instead of giving me a cart, he forces me into his and drives me to the second tee box and drops me off. When you pay for a round with a cart, shouldn’t you receive the cart? This place was a f-ing joke— not worth the trip out there if you have to deal with his a$s.
Great course for the money
Great course I have been playing it fir years the only down side is the drive out there.
Great Course
Played this course many times. One of my favorites since BC bought it and repaired it. Staff is quite friendly, but the amenities aren't the greatest.
