Innsbrook Resort Golf Course & Clubhouse
About
Although it is located just west of St. Louis, Innsbrook Resort feels much more secluded with its sprawling landscape of rolling hills covered with towering trees and more than 100 lakes. The golf course's scenic and carefully preserved landscape has even been certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Carved from the hillsides, the course offers dramatic elevation changes as well as scenic views of the surrounding countryside. Trees line the fairways and there are tricky, uneven lies throughout. Both accuracy and proper club selection will be required. Of the many lakes on the resort's 8,000 acres, 12 come into play on the golf course along with 30 strategically placed bunkers. The course offers a fair amount of challenge but beginners won't feel as though they are out of their league.

Great Course Great Food, Great Bar
Staff was very accommodating and very nice
A hidden gem!
Hidden among multiple small lakes, beautiful vacation homes, and a scenic drive is one of the most enjoyable resort courses in Missouri. Innsbruck Resort had a very friendly staff, great restaurant on site, and the golf course provided a layout that required every club in my bag. Fairways, tee boxes, and greens were well maintained. Accuracy and distance control are keys to a successful round. I will definitely be back to play here again!!
Ki
Good. Greens a little spotty
Thank you
Thank you to the staff for their friendly service and the course is excellent. Excellent condition, layout, and value. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely play there again soon.
Innsbrook - Good Course
Played the course on Sunday afternoon. Course is in good condition, especially the fairways, greens and tee boxes. Some places of the rough are starting to show signs of summer time stress, i.e., getting dried out, browning, etc. Overall, the course is in good shape. Will definitely play it more this year.
Brothers @ Innsbrook
Course was in good shape considering the threatening weather. Played at a steady pace despite having to stop 10 - 15 minutes due to a rain storm. The course is not that long but you have to drive the ball straigh and to strategic points in order to score. The foursome enjoyed the course as well as the camaraderie. We will be back.
Updated course
The new course layout is good. The improvements in the cart paths and course conditions where much needed and the course looks a 100 times better.
The new cart and pro shop are nice updates as well.
Innsbrook worth the drive
Very nice very nice worth the drive from St.Louis nice greens nice Fairways I like the changes in elevation
Sunday Funday
All around a beautiful place to golf! Went out with the work buddies and we had a blast! Great staff and challenging holes!
very peaceful
the setting and facility make this course a good experience
Love This Course!
I have played here many times and this is my favorite course for a few reasons. It is NOT the nicest course I have played but for the value it is fantastic. The course is usually in great shape, the clubhouse is great, the course is fun but can be challenging. If you're playing well you can score well here. The only slight negative comment I have is it can get busy at times and be backed up. But overall great course!
Well improved
This course was recently taken over by Walters. They have done a great job on improving the course and club house experience. Hats off to them for I find it very reasonable for the price and the course is in great shape. They hav put drains in arrears where it use to be a muddy mess. I recommend to play here for a good conditioned course.
Great Course
We really enjoyed playing here. The course is beautiful and in awesome condition. The front 9 pace was perfect, but for some reason, the back 9 was really backed up. Waited on every tee box. Didn't really want to ding the star rating for just the back 9. Other than that, perfect day!
great course for great price
Course was in great shape. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for a great course and layout of course provides some challenging holes. Will play again soon.
Innsbrook course
Great condition, fun course to play, greens were a little stressed, maybe to much water, ready to be punched.
Getting better
I used to play this course almost weekly a few years back. At that time the course was not well maintained and eventually it was no longer worth the time. Yesterday was the first time I had played there in awhile. I was pleasantly surprised. The scenery is always beautiful, but they have really put some work back into the course. The greens were rolling smooth, fairway was even and the rough was fair. I enjoyed the round, but the problem is that the layout of the course is nothing special, it just feels like the land could offer so much more. Innsbrook is a decent course and the rates are reasonable as well.
Great Place
Had a pass for a free foursome including carts. Regular greens fees are around $44, but with dynamic pricing, you could pay more or less.
The course is inside the Innsbrook resort area, a gated community of summer homes and permanent residences surrounding several lakes. The clubhouse looked new and the bar area appeared to be a very hospitable place to enjoy some post round drinks.
The course itself is very playable. Par 70 gets you two more par 3's compared to a par 72 course. Many elevation changes provides for some blind shots, but adds excitement to the round. Water comes into play on several holes and hitting over the water in some instances will drastically reduce the yardage to the hole. Tee boxes were in good shape, as were the fairways. Greens were large but I found them hard to read. They were well maintained and provided a pretty true roll.
I liked the course and wish it were closer to me, but if you live in St. Louis, particularly west county area, it is well worth the drive to the Wright City exit to play Innsbrook.
Innsbrook Golf
One word: Odd. A very average course built in a very odd fashion. Tee boxes need work- hard to find a level lie on most tees.
Waiters effect
This is what happens when wgm run your courses, no marshals so pace of play is subject to whoever is in front of you , no water in most coolers 1 had old hot water in it. Didn't see bev cart till 8th hole . Several greens are looking sparse
