The Cove Golf Course
We played this course on our way home from Branson, MO. and we absolutely loved it. The fairways were plush and the greens were in great shape. I have a handicap of a 7.5 and I'm 54 yrs old and I really enjoyed the challenge the course presented. I highly recommend.
Peaceful and pristine
This course is beautiful. It is challenging with the water mixed into the fairways. Well-maintained. The staff is quite helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable day.
Great Course
Always a fun course to play. The Lodge of Four Seasons takes great care of the facilities and the staff is always amazing. Highly recommend playing if you get to the Lake
Cove on August 15th
Overall, I would highly recommend this course as long as it’s not cart path only. The night before they got some heavy rain, but that day the course was relatively dry throughout, however it was cart path only, which is not a good experience at this course with the hilly terrain. Overall, fairways and greens in good condition. Quite a few blind shots.
Awesome layout
Everything was great except we waited on every shot the last 7 holes. Never saw a ranger
Poorly Maintained Course
Course was probably great 30 years ago but now is not well maintained. I love RTJ designs but the course conditions were terrible. Weeds growing in the fairways and the greens in poor shape. This is a terrible value. Don't waste your time or money.
Bad fairways conditions , extremely bad sand trap conditions
Course needs lots of work but has potential if the people renovate it.
Fun Layout, greens a little torn up
Course is a very fun layout with interesting holes, water hazards, lake views including the par 3 over the cove, and elevation changes. The greens were real torn up on the front 9, but they didn’t affect our putts much at least. All of the girls attending the carts were extremely nice and went out of their way to help, but had one kind of sour experience with a Marshall. While driving past him gave a friendly wave and a how’s it going? Then he circled back and interrogated to ask if we had any coolers. I said no? and was a little thrown off and thought it was akward and kind of rude. I ended up just walking away to the green and he drove off. I’m sure it’s just their policy but thought it was weird to ask without seeing any coolers in our cart. Fun round on a fun layout of a course though and would recommend
