Marsh Oaks at Oak Ridge Golf Club

Very very disappointing. Took my brother there. I was embarrassed . We could not believe the course was in such bad shape. The layout of the course was extremely unfair. Tree branches going across many of the tee boxes. Once in the fairways there was many blind greens. Speaking of the greens they were filled with bare spots. Tos sum it up I rated the course a 1 out of 5. Will never play again. Was so glad I had 1/2 off coupon. Certainly a rip off as $50 course. So many very nice courses in the area. What a shame the owner is letting this course go to sh*#.

I would not recommend this course to anyone I know, the fairways had no grass on them they were all dirt, the tea boxes were tore up. For $30 I could’ve played at a much nicer course with much better fairways, this is unacceptable I will never be playing golf here again

Old Oakes is in terrible condition Not worth the money charged

Fairways were horrible. Mix of scattered tufts of grass, dead grass and very little actual fairway grass. Definitely not worth $43. Maybe at $10.

Played here years ago and fond memories no gone. Worse course played in many years. Shameful. And sorry to say. Maybe the money is going to new 18. But Golfnow should provide a warning that this place is very run down.

Course was in horrible shape. Cart paths were almost non existent. tee boxes and greens were poorly maintained and sand traps were mud holes.

Pretty sure they have a major grub problem, greens were all chewed same with fairways. Tee boxes were in good condition. Pace of play was horrible waited 20 minutes past tee time just for a cart( they were out of carts and washing them as other golfers were finishing.) Staff was friendly prices were good on a hot deal definitely not worth more then 18 dollars. Weekend expect plus 4 hr round. Weekdays you can play a fast time possibly

They have let this course go to waste. The fairways are cracked clay and have little to no grass left at all. Paid $43 on a weekend to play the worst course conditions we have ever seen.

This course was on very poor condition. I’ve never seen a fairway that was cracked cracked cause it was so dry. It is 100% obvious they put there money and time into marsh oaks.

Absolutely horrible condition with the exception of the greens...
