Woods Fort Golf Course

Greens took awhile to heal up but they are in great condition now. Rough is also in great condition. Rain has been pretty hard on a few of the fairways but many of them are in great shape. Staff is awesome and course is definitely playable now opposed to 4 weeks ago.

Great spot. Couple greens are borderline impossible. But fun course on great condition. New clubhouse is really nice and the people are always insanely nice.

Greens and fairways are in rough shape. Greens were aerated awhile ago and still are pretty bad. Just expect your putts to be influenced by it. The fairways have a lot of dead areas and haven’t been maintained very well. The rough is in great shape but is deep so keep in mind it’s playing like a true penalty. If you can get a hot deal for $20-$25 it may be worth it but I’ll be going elsewhere until they get maintenance figured out. Absolutely not worth the $53-$60 green fees. Since the new club house got they’ve really cut corners on maintenance. I definitely wouldn’t travel to come to this course until that gets resolved. Unfortunate too because it has been a great course in the past. Picture is about 8 weeks after being aerated. Staff is great. Range only goes to 225.

Green were aerated six weeks ago and are still awful. Pace of play was over 5 1/2 hours and people were hitting it you. Due to no Marshall. Unless you get a hot deal for $20 I recommend going anywhere else.

somewhat long for senior players but fairways in great shape, rough can be penalizing. GPS on carts controls where you can go

Being retired I can pick a time that works best for me.

Had a wonderful round with the wife this early in the season. Very well maintained, friendly staff and a great time! Can’t wait for the new clubhouse to be done. I play here about 5 times a year and never disappoints.

The course is in excellent shape. Greens are greceptive to approach shots and are fast.

Staff couldn’t be more kind, course has never looked better, greens were greenin, pace was quick (finished 18 in under 3 hrs). Favorite course west of the Mississippi

Tee boxes and greens were in excellent shape. Rough was a challenge but not unfair. This course is a hidden gem in St Charles County

Course was in good condition really have put money into it over the years.

The course is in great condition. The GPS on the carts is priceless. The staff that I have had the pleasure to meet is second to none. Highly recommend playing here. Definitely worth the drive from Metro St Louis.

My daughter and I played the course in July 2024; They are undergoing renovation - so there are no ‘real’ restrooms, but they did provide some nice temporary restrooms. No Club House .. but they’re doing the best they can while the new club house is being built. Course is always in good shape - zoysia fairways. Roughs were not cut on the front nine and we spent a lot of time looking for our balls which was frustrating. Greens are a bit slow and hairy. The course would be a solid 5-stars if the greens were cut to roll faster.
