Flanders Valley Golf Club - White/Blue Course
About
Flanders Valley Golf Course has received praise as not only one of the best public golf courses in New Jersey, but also as one of the best in the U.S. Flanders offers two 18-hole championship courses, White-to-Blue and Red-to-Gold. The courses are spread across over 400 acres of Morris County's idyllic countryside. The White-to-Blue Course has a more traditional layout that sprawls across mostly flat terrain. The golf course may lack elevation changes but there are an abundance of mature trees to contend with on either side of the course, making it very tight in some spots. One of the most memorable holes is the par-4 14th, nicknamed "Top and Right." This slight dogleg left hole has a pond bordering the entire left side of the fairway.

Pretty, memorable finisher! Photo submitted by MarkMolyneux on 11/16/2015
What happened to the greens?
I've only played here a few times over the years and I remember perfect greens and a great day! Yesterday was horrific! I don't even think half the greens were puttable! I usually play county courses and every one of them has better greens. Very disappointing...
Flanders Valley first timer
It was my first time at Flanders Valley and even though it was a 5 hour Sunday round, the course was nice enough to want to go back and play there again. Played the Blue - White course which had a nice mix of holes. Will want to go play the Red - Gold course one day as well.
The place of play was bad and there really wasn’t anything the Ranger could really do to move things along. Just a nice Sunday with lots of golfers on the course.
Slow horrible condition
Place is terrible. Took 5 hours to play 14 holes. Couldn’t even finish the round. Told the staff the pace of play was horrible and they replied “good to know”. Don’t waste ur money
Aug 3rd @ Flanders
Typical busy day for Flanders Blue-White. Cart paths only dye to Sunday AM rain.
Pace was dreadfully slow due to CPO and 3 young kids playing Blue Tees who could easily have played from the Reds. After watching too many of their poor shots drift right or left I caught up to a Senior I knew who was playing in their group. I mentioned how painful it must have been for him to be paired with them and he agreed.
No Rangers in sight to move them along
Course was in decent shape for all of the rain
Nice course. Slow play
On this course saw a lot of singles and walkers. Pace of play was slower than I would have liked
blue to white
beautiful lay out and conditions this year. staff is doing a great job w covid.
Disappointed with conditions of fairways, rough and traps.wont be playing there anytime soon
Play is slow
No sand in bunkers - it's like hitting off concrete
