About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Trash course
This course has the worst drainage, always flooded, awful conditions. They barely upkeep the course. What you pay is not what you get. They have the nerve to charge $60+ for this course and it sucks that this is my local course. Either lower the price or up the conditions.
Muddy Waters
Despite overall poor course conditions (due to water retainage), it's walkable, & if you don't mind the puddles, mud & eaten up fairways, bunkers, every (non-existent) tee box. No markers were a bonus!
Still, a beautiful (3.5 hours!) day and fun to watch playing partners' while I 'tried' to keep up.

Poor conditions but legit reasons
I’ve played here before and will again under better conditions. Course should be closed. Yes it’s December. Partially frozen grounds, puddles, wet, aerated greens, puddles in sand traps, cart path only. Should be closed and considered unplayable. If you’re going to charge to play and remain open the course should be playable. Yeah I didn’t have to book it but I can’t physically see the course. The people running it must know it’s not playable.

Course was I terrible condition
Course was wet and sloppy. Greens were aerated and choppy. Fairways were muddy with no no t-box indicators. Hard to follow hole to hole.

First year of playing golf.
This is a great course for its proximity and skill level. This is my first season playing golf and I had the opportunity to play a few course in northern New Jersey. I would def recomend Meadows and continue to play thete for learning, practicing and bringing friends of all levels to play as well.

Meh-dows
They allowed a 5-some in front of us and super long round. (~5hrs). The staff has always been the shining star of this track. The new layout is a lot better. Re-pave the parking lot please.
