About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Soggy round
Front nine should be closed - nothing but mud. Back nine is great - this should be a nine hole course until they can make proper changes to the front nine.

Great course esp for this time of year in N-E
Always great staff, very friendly and courteous.
Course usually plays slow, but got lucky and the starter was anxious to get us out earlier than expected.
Faster 18 holes (4-some) I think I ever played.
Will be back again for sure!

I have to say Meadows is one of my favorite course's to play, The value is great, the staff is so nice, the course has a really nice layout without being too difficult. I started coming this year and would have loved to known about this course years ago.

meadows making changes
I like what the new ownership is doing to make this a more pleasant playing experience. Like the newer layout. But lots of work to be done to minimize the regular flooding damage. Lots of hard packed dirt still present from the last heavy flood.

Good price at $30
The course conditions are below par but for $30, it’s not bad! Lol. Pace of play was uncharacteristicly good this time. 4 hr round !

Don’t Play at Meadows.
Course is a mess. Not a single well kept fairway. A few holes on the front 9 smell so bad you’ll get dizzy.
I just moved to Jersey last month. Played 6 courses so far - Meadows is by far the worst course I’ve played.
It also seems like everyone playing here does not know pace of play.

Frost delay not handled great
Frost delay for 2 hours this morning. Not the courses fault of course but then they put people out basically on every whole and it backed up quickly. Started on 8 and by the time we got around to 1 we would have had to wait behind 4 groups on the tee box. Told us we could get a rain check for 9 but we're rude about it and told us next time it's on us if we decide to still go out after a delay.

Skip unless you're out of options
The course isn't in great shape. Everyone local knows that rain impacts this course, but by the end of this season, too many parts of fairways were in disrepair. Cart paths are a mess. GIR all over the place. Realistically, after Trop Storm Ida came through, they should have just closed the course for the season and prepped for next year.
