About
Bowling Green Golf Club is in the heart of northern New Jersey, surrounded by miles of idyllic countryside. An abundance of mature oaks and towering red pines characterizes the scenic course. This quick, shady layout is a great round for walkers. The golf course has a classic links design that is easily played in less than four hours. Like most traditional links courses, the gently undulating terrain has the perfect pitch and roll. It also provides each hole with unique challenges that require accuracy and strategy. Trees heavily line the fairways, presenting some of the course's most formidable challenges. Bowling Green Golf Club's front nine is slightly more forgiving than the back nine, which incorporates the natural ponds and wetlands on a few holes. There are also some tricky doglegs to contend with.

Great course
This place is terrific. It was a bit of a drive for me, but worth it.
Great Course
The course is very nice and the starter does a great job.
One of the most well kept courses I’ve ever played.
Wonderful place to play golf. I loved it there. Greens fairways in pristine condition. And the beer garden was a great after party.
Great course in north NJ
Great place to play. Staff is excellent. Watch out for the hornets in the sand traps. That’s a huge issue. Otherwise an enjoyable round.

Must Play ⛳️
A wonderful day. Played early morning. Beautiful layout with amazing views. Tee to Green was in great condition. Challenging greens with many levels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Worth the money and time. Try the Grill Room . Good food and drink .A true Country Club experience. Complementary balls to warm up at the range. I would suggested earlier is better .
Awesome conditions
This course is in great shape for little or no rain this summer from the fairways to the greens to the tee boxes nice layout of par fours sprinkle in a few par fives and three's and you got yourself a fun day
Great day at Bowling Green
Course was in great shape. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Off course food and drink options are excellent.
5 hour pace of play
The group in front of us spent 15 minutes on every tee box. Paid over $100 and had an early tee time on a week day. We called the front desk three times to push the group in front of us and nothing changed. For the money and the way the rangers push the pace of play it’s definitely not worth what they charge to play.
Well Maintained, enjoyable course
This golf course is very well maintained and is challenging. I have been to this course a few times and like it very much. Greens are nicely kept and a bit oversized, which I like. The fairways vary in width and most of the wooded sections are playable.
Staff is very friendly and thorough in their description of the course and rules. The beverage cart came around twice and the snack shop was well stocked.
I highly recommend. Price higher than some of the others but worth it!
Seaview Stay & Play Golf Package
Their known as Cicada wasp killers and are very docile, Only the name is scary; cicada killer wasps are not a threat to people, just cicadas.
