Course was in good condition staff very friendly good value good pace of play
Good not great
Fairways were ehh, Some holes the fairway was just dirt. Also, Tee boxes could use some work but when you’re putting on 8/10 greens can’t really be too mad.
Great for the Price
Great layout, harder and faster greens. Overall good condition of the course.
Love this place
something about this course I seem to shoot well. The greens are excellent such a true great roll I put great at the course. 4 hour round nice pace not rushed no delay. Only thing the tee boxes could use some love.
Decent course, alright pace
Decent pace for a weekend, done in 3.5 hours. Course pretty good shape. Arrived early to putt around. Ranger Tom a bit grouchy at people, hopefully just a bad day for him. Beverage cart came by a couple times and was nice. Beautiful weather

Great value, fun track
Great value here unlike other courses in the area that charge way too much. Conditions are not 5/5, some fair spots, but also very affordable if you want to get out and just play. They are making improvements as well - the greens are actually very good & I’d recommend focusing on the fairways as some were patchy. The staff seems very friendly. Starter was cool and let me out with the group ahead. Fun course, not too challenging, but some tough holes & good practice for me as an 18handicap! Will be back soon!
Great course, but...
Wonderful course! However, I would really appreciate the ranger not telling me where I can drop my ball, telling me which strokes to count, waving groups of players ahead of us (one of which picked up my ball) and giving me and my partner unsolicited advise on our golf swings. I was not comfortable with him following behind slowly on hole 12 when there was clearly no one behind us. I thought our pace of play was fine. Again, fantastic course, great layout, but I just want to play golf and relax.

Great course! but...
The course is really great! I'm not particularly fond of the ranger telling me where to drop my ball, telling me which strokes to count and giving me and my partner unsolicited swing advice however. If I wanted a teacher, I would go to a golf academy. Again, great course but I just want to play golf. Thanks!

It was just okay...
The layout of the course was good. however the pace of play was very slow, and there were several holes that had stagnant water just off of the fairway which caused a really bad odor. The greens are in pretty good shape, and offered a good challenge. I would probably play this course again but only if no other course was available.

Friendly staff value course
I came down 2 weekends in a row from Brooklyn to play here. Before that, I hadn't been here in 10yrs. I like it alot. Not overly long but interesting. Worth the drive

Very slow pace of play
My playing partner and I drove in after 13 holes. The group two ahead of us was extremely slow. When we drove in, we saw only two other groups on the last four holes.
No rangers on the course at all. The young kid in a cart with a ranger flag was just sitting outside the clubhouse. He was shocked when I said the course was backed up.
It would have been worth the price if you could play a full 18.

Thanks for the feedback. We block off every fourth tee time to try to keep pace of play satisfactory. Usually isn't a problem. Sorry you had a slow round.
Nice course
Nice course, only complaint I s that the bunkers were like cement and the tee boxes were dry and patchy

Great Layout
Exceptional course to play. Staff is excellent and they keep the pace of play up. Must keep the ball straight to score well.
