The Meadows at Middlesex Golf Club

The course has a nice layout and a nice variation of hole shapes and lengths. Greens are in nice condition. Tee boxes were overall fine. Many of the bunkers are full of rocks so you can’t hit out of them unless you want to break your wedge. I have played here twice and have never seen a marshal enforcing pace of play. Very frustrating. Overall it’s good value for the money.

Challenging but fair course.

Greens are relatively fast, but beautiful condition.

90% of the holes in great shape and a few tee boxes have sandish feel which I hate.

The 12th hole par 5 isn't in great shape, fairway bad and tree roots on the edges

But for $45 in PM and $61 in AM can't really beat the deal.

Oh and quite flat and walkable course!

Yesterday was my first time play Meadows and I was not disappointed for the price. The layout allows for nice competitive play for the average player, fast greens and tree lined fairways demand you have good shots for your approach. Only negative is I guess it rained the night before? Because there were a couple puddles on a few fairways.

All in all a very good course for the price! Will 100% recommend and return!

Fairways and greens were great, rough has bare spots that needs attention. Wish they water the fairways a little more because it was hard.

Would not recommend. Day started out with me being bumped from my tee time because someone showed up to the course without a tee time and was friends with 2 of the people paired in my foursome. Instead of telling that person there were no tee times, or having the 3 of them wait to play together, they let him into my spot and had me play as a single behind them.

There were people jogging around the course and on the cart path with no regard for the fact that people were golfing. There were kids playing out on the course. The only time I saw any employees on the course was near the maintenance shed by hole 10, where there were 3 trucks and 2 golf carts parked. No marshal driving around.

Its a shame because the course itself is somewhat nice, but I cant imagine going back there to play again.

Wonderful day course and company were great. I would recommend this course to anyone’s.

Very very satisfied with the course itself. Seemed well maintained and a bargain at the price playing twilight. However, as other reviews stated, couldn’t believe the amount of people wandering around the course itself. If they stayed on the cart path that would be one thing , but they were walking all over the fairways. This didn’t seem to be a problem on the front 9, but could not believe the situation on the back 9.

Honestly this course was great. Greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Sand traps were well kept. This is all during the current COVID conditions which makes it even better. I had an evening tee time 6:02.

They let us tee off earlier and the starter worked diligently to get every group on the course as many holes played before they shut down for the night. I don’t think I have ever met a friendlier starter/staff.

There is an added element that there are people walking trails around the golf course. It added to the experience because everyone walking/running was very aware of their surroundings and were polite. I would gladly play this course again.

Course is in excellent condition; greens were fast so made it quite interesting, fun. Biggest problem - residents from surrounding housing walking on the course oblivious to the players hitting shots. Some even walked or ran past us while we were hitting, even ignoring pleas to wait or step aside. Was difficult to play because of this problem.
