Good value
For $19 it’s a great deal. I wouldn’t pay more than that. Greens are in very acceptable shape. Fairways have good spots. Some spots are burned out. Some good bunkers but others are full of rocks. Tee boxes are pretty beat.
Pace of play was better than it has been in the past.
The course was a good challenge
My brother and myself had a lot of fun on your course and lost a lot of balls

Pace was horrendous for an early morning tee time (7:46)
Sorry about that Greg. Pace of play generally is not an issue at The Meadows but I will pass this along to our rangers.

Great value
Other than the tee boxes that were somewhat inconsistent the course was in very good condition despite the dry weather conditions lately. Excellent value overall. Would highly recommend.

Sunday heat
Showed up to the course at our teatime and got out right away which is always a positive thing. Course layout was extremely challenging but good. Love the electric carts. Course needed some more water as looked extremely heat damaged due to last week. Had some conversations with the Ranger (from Tampa Florida) and he was extremely friendly, nice, personable and a great guy to talk too so that made our day. Pace of play was four hours which is great.

Hot and a little slow
It was 92. Played behind a very slow foursome. They were two holes back on 12. Saw the ranger drive around. He didn’t say anything to them. Crazily 5 min later a twosome appeared and jumped in front of them on 14. I assume the ranger told them there was an opening. Just crazy.
Course isn’t in bad shape. Greens were pretty nice. Tee boxes are awful, but that is pretty normal for all the Middlesex courses.

Great day though slow
Foursome in front were slow 4 guys in 4 carts brutal

Some rough spots
Overall the course was in good shape but a few of the bunkers were full of pebbles and a few were rock hard.
Parts of some fairways , 12 for example, have too many dirt patches.
Also there were some soggy spots in the fairways. Some wet spots.
There hasn’t been much rain so that was inexplicable

Solid course
Nice course that could be a gem with more maintenance. Surprisingly hard and dry 5 days after Fay but the greens were receptive. No blind shots and very walk-able. No rangers out to speed up late afternoon play. Patio open to wash down the round with a cold draft. I'll be back, after it rains.

Nice, slow walk with a few shots in between
The course was nice and challenging, but there were several areas in the fairway with standing water and the sand traps had several rocks, not pebbles, but rocks the size of golf balls or bigger. The pace of play was terribly slow, but it was a nice day so it wasn’t too bad.

Nice course
great greens rolled real nice. I enjoyed the course long par 4 greens with big sand traps. Pace of play was SLOW 4 hackers 2 groups in front of us had the course shut down. Overall nice course

Great little course
I was very pleasantly surprised when I played here.. so much so I came back 3 days later to play it again.. pulling up I did not expect the course to be in as great of shape as it was.. pace of play was great on Thursday (first time I played) but on Sunday was pretty slow but I think that’s because of the increased numbers of golfers due to COVID19 and the fact it was a Sunday afternoon.. the course was in beautiful shape and the greens were PHENOMENAL. I was absolutely blown away by how great the greens were and it truly kicked up the level of toughness of the course since it was like putting on glass and forced you to really stick the greens.. The speed of the greens and the tough pin locations being tucked behind Huge green side bunkers made for a challenging course and a really fun day!! I would highly recommend!
Unimaginative and Long
Pleasant enough course but some very long par 4 holes. Many greens have huge bunkers in front of them, so no way to get there unless you can fly your second shot 200 plus yards- which is kind of ridiculous for a county course! Staff is friendly and masked beer girl was driving around which always helps.

Great course conditions
Found the course to be in great shape. A couple of spots were dry on the 12th hole, the resat of the course was lush. Greens were in great condition.
