Great Course

I love this course. I play it all the time. Sundown rates are great and pace of play is fast enough I can finish 18 holes before it gets dark. The course is almost always in great condition, only problem is there are always groundskeepers on the course. Last time I played greens were a little slow but the course was in great shape.

Early Morning Summer Round

I booked my round for as early as possible on a weekend morning to avoid the heat and crowds. I ended up playing with some friendly older gentlemen. Had a great round. The course was generally forgiving for poor tee shots, but the greens were ruthless. This was the best course I have played in the Las Cruces/El Paso area.

Our twosome was first off at 8am, and we played in 2.5 hours!! Fairway is still brown, because its winter, but greens were in good shape. Some aeration of the course was taking place.

Good Winter Condition

Played in mid winter and the course conditions were all you could ask for. The Greens were full and fast albeit a little on the firm side. Pace of play was great for a wonderfully warm winter weekend day. Price couldn't be beat for the round.
