Deep Creek Golf Club

This is a typical Florida golf course built in an older housing development. The starters, rangers and bar staff were all friendly and helpful.

The greens are some of the best I have played, fairly flat but very well maintained and the speed was just right. Not too fast, not too slow.

Bring a couple of extra balls, you will need them (especially if it’s breezy).

I felt it was a fair price for peak season compared to other courses in the area.

Fun, challenging course. Native grass surface. Peak season so some wear and tear. Great pace considering how crowded it was. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good price would come back.

We were pleasantly surprised in the course for the cost. Staff were very helpful, loaded clubs, drove out to car to pick us up and filled our range balls.

Course conditions were ok, but you can tell it gets alot of play and could use more maintenance. Greens were in good condition but slow. Pace of play was not good, and really the biggest issue. It took 4hours and 30 min to play our round. We had a nice day and would go back and play again 😎

Played course last year and course was just ok. this year the course is in much better condition. Hats off to the golf course supervisor, he is doing a great job. Thank you

Course was OK although pretty short — greens were very good, fairways were good but just blended into the rough with no real definition, bunkers were good. Some added upkeep and clean up of some edges would make it more enjoyable. The course winds through a modest price type housing development.

STAFF: The drawbacks — the grumpy old Joe that works the counter needs a happy pill. The first person you have contact needs to have some positive vibes. Although, we were “outsiders” and he seemed to treat the “locals” a little better.

STAFF: The positives… Beverage cart drivers were nice and did a great job. The starter was a seemingly friendly guy that got people organized and playing on time with a smile.

The RANGE is small and short with maybe a dozen tee mats, a net at about 200 yards and a sign that says NO WOODS —- a reasonable warm up bucket was $5

$26 for my wife to ride along when I was only paired with two others seemed a little excessive but at least they allowed it.

Had a paid and scheduled Tee time for 5:29pm and arrived at 5:25pm to be met by a extremely rude staff member kicking us out since the course is closed at 5:00pm and wouldn’t help us solve the issue. Said since we didn’t book directly through them were out of luck. Will never try this course again. Would recommend hiring adults to work there

We had a 10;48 tee time and did not get off until l 11:48 play was slow no concession for delayed tee time. Poor planning on member shotgun caused the delay. Will not play there again.

Tee times were an hour behind due to a member outing…..service at turn inside was awful and they were not busy. We won’t go back, not welcoming to non members!

The course was in good shape, though the greens were shaggy and slow. Only real issue was that they have 2 par 3's in a row, which backs things up. We were still able to complete our round in 4 hours, so all was good, even with the wait on the par 3's. Green fees were reasonable compared to the crazy rates other golf clubs are getting. Prices on the beverage cart were reasonable as well.

Would definitely come back
