Spook Rock Golf Course

Spook never disappoints!! My friend and I are low handicappers and always find this place to play fair and be challenging at the same time. Greens are always in good condition and fairways are cut consistently. Really love how the course asks you to hit shots both ways as well. Great place and the bar is fun hang after the round.

The course this time of year is tough with the leaves. The greens were covered. Otherwise nice greens. The bankers are not worth hitting out of if you care about your clubs, you will scratch the face and sole, as you take stones and rocks with your ball.

Finished the front nine in 2 hours 40 minutes and then play became slower. Left after 13 holes in nearly 4 hours. Waited every shot, painfully.

Good course, fast greens, tough pin locations the Day I played.

Great layout and the improvements are really starting to show.

Ths course is in great shape unfortunately the bunkers are horrible that is why I gave it a 3 star on the course conditions

First time playing the course post-pandemic. Love the layout and the staff and amenities are great. That said, I can only give the course 3 stars at the moment because (a) bunkers are a total mess and like hitting out of a gravel pit and (b) cart paths aren’t much better and are in dire need of repaving. Fix those two issues and Spook Rock would be a solid 4 stars.

First time playing. Took my son out and we had a great time. Course was great, fairways were in good condition…only reason for 4 star on condition is that the greens were being aerated. Also the staff was very friendly except the 4 star is due to the starter being a bit rude, rushing us as if were late when in fact, not only were we there early but we still had 7 minutes left til our 7:10 tee time but the starter kept calling us and when we got to the 1st hole gave us this attitude as if we were late.
