Great Course For Learners
I took my friend that's never played before. It was a nice course for letting him get the feel for golf and learn a little bit. There's no water on the course and every hole was relatively straight. This course is great for beginners or for anyone just looking to improve their game.
Staff was rude
Guy who ran the place had a bad attitude for one and the other the other thing upsetting me was my wife who was just riding with me having to pay a cart fee after I paid for a round of golf plus a cart fee so they get 2 cart fees for one cart is stupid will not be back.. I would recommend any of the other good courses we have in the area
Dry Conditions
Greens and Fairways were very hard due to the dry spring. Greens were real bouncy. we have a group of 6 playing in front of us that had the entire course backed up by the time we got to #9.
It's winter but lots of hard pan to hit off the tee boxes where bad
It's winter tee boxes don't think they have any on some holes. The fairways felt like hardpan in most areas. I am not a fan of 9 hole courses always issues when playing the 9 again.
Hidden Gem
My brother talked me into trying this course for the first time. The municipal closer to me is in a little rougher shape so I was nervous.
This course is a pleasant surprise. It offers a nice layout, is well maintained. Pace of play was relaxed enough but also steady. I'd highly recommend this course from beginners to experienced.
Terrible
They only take cash and have an ATM with a high fee. Their 18 holes are “play the 9 twice”
They don’t do tee times. Waited 30 minutes to tee off with 8:30 am tee time.
Friendly and Fun place
My buddy and I played for the first time in several years. It is a very forgiving course with wide open fairways, and it was not too crowded. We never felt rushed, and the staff was amazing. The only downside is the course itself. The fairway was more like rough and the ground was very hard. The greens looked great, but it wasn’t much on them. Definitely recommend anybody that just wants a fun game to play. Specially, if you are going for the first time in a while.
