Great course for the money
Great layout, some really tough holes, course in great shape
If you go during the week pace of play is great, staff very friendly

Great Course
I am not a member but I was able to take advantage of the member for a day promotion.
This is the 4th time I have played here and I love more each time.
I wish I lived closer so I could join the club.
Do yourself a favor and set up a tee time.
Great course
Love this course. Great location with easy and challenging holes.
First time I played the course in 17 years and had a blast! I will definitely be back.
Back nine is harder than the front
Course has a great layout. 9 holes on both sides of E Marion RD. Fairways and greens are in good shape. Pace of play was excellent on a Thursday afternoon. Cart path needs improvements. Path at #12 is even totally broken. Golf carts without GPS - so bring your own distance tracker.
Personnel was very welcoming. I‘d come back when in Shelby.
On a Tuesday
Course is in good shape with the greens being the star! Played at 10am on a Tuesday stuck behind 3-4somes and waited in line at each and every tee box. Restaurant was closed with only options being drinks and crackers in proshop. Price and course were only great things.
Best greens period
Truest rolling greens in the area. Lightning fast but put it on line and watch it roll in.
Nice course but I was a little underwhelmed for the price.
Me and a buddy played CCC this past Saturday.
The course was in good condition, and the greens were as slick as glass.
The only issue I really had was the tee boxes.
The tee boxes were not in good condition, like at all.
There were spots of dirt and sand on the boxes and they were uneven to stand on in some spots (not all of them mind you, but some were).
Overall, it’s definitely a nice course, but for the money, and driving time required for me to drive from Conover to Shelby, it isn’t really worth it for me personally.
Oh btw, Caleb in the pro shop was a consummate professional who gave us a rain check after we got drenched on the 13th hole.
The dude is a g. Give him a raise.
