The Windermere Club

First time playing here on Election Day. It was a fun layout. Course was in good shape for this time of year. Greens were great. Rolled very true. I would recommend giving it a try, especially on a Hot Now Deal. My only complaint was the pace. They had a senior scramble event going on (unofficial) and had to work us into the course which was not ideal. We were backed behind the slowest twosome known to man with nowhere to play through. Our cart also had suspension that was near failure and the cart paths need to be redone. I may need to see a chiropractor after the round (joking). But all this aside, it is a good course for the quality!

Course is always a fun track. Fairways were top notch and the greens were rolling gooooood!!

We enjoyed a great round of golf, the tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent condition. The sand traps played well considering the moisture in them. The course layout was solid and the only issue we had concerned the cart paths, some areas were very rough due to tree roots and erosion. That led to the 4-star rating on course conditions. The staff from the pro shop to the cart person and the restaurant staff were phenomenal. We’ll definitely play again on our annual trip south.

The course needs a better way to identify pin positions.

This is the 2nd time I have played the course. The greens were in great shape and the fairways were good. The only criticism I have is the condition of the cart paths. There are many places where it was difficult to drive on the path because of tree root damage, holes and gaps. That requires some attention. However, I will be coming back to play this course because it is difficult and pretty

Got a hot deal and couldn't pass it up, even as a single. The other three in my group didn't show and I went out solo. Joined with one other for the front, played solo on the back. Course and greens were in good shape even after a youth event that morning. Greens were true and I appreciated some speed in them. Appreciate and love the layout. Would play again soon for the price.

The course is in good condition (September 2026). Mixture of score-able holes and challenging holes. Greens roll true. My only complaint is the cart paths. Very little smooth surfaces. Tree roots have destroyed the paths all throughout the course. Other than that, it’s an enjoyable course.

Enjoyed playing this course. It was in very good shape. The only negative is the condition of the cart paths. They need a little TLC. I would definitely play it again.

Loved every bit of this Pete Dye designed course. It was so much fun to play with great hole layouts. Will definitely play here again!

The greens are really nice and we had a blast. The course is very long and challenging. Beautiful atmosphere and very relaxing.

The course is in pretty good shape for the time of year. Most greens are in great shape and are rolling true. Will in the clubhouse is an awesome guy who does a great job taking care of the customers!

Fun challenging course. Good food and great conditions. Would highly recommend.

The golf course was in pretty good condition. I was pleasantly surprised as my last playing it was not so good. The only negative is the condition of the cart paths. The asphalt was pretty bumpy with tree roots. It was definitely a bumpy ride around the course. I will definitely consider playing it again.

Course was in very good shape, greens looked good, and fairways were holding up well. It's a little narrow off the tee on some, so if you spray your driver bring extra balls (or go 3W, but who's doing that?). It is expensive considering the grill wasn't open at 12:45 on a Thursday. So, premade turkey sandwiches had to, w chips...$12. Ouch.

Will play again.
