Mission Hills - Gary Player Course

This is my third visit and had a great time. The course is in great shape with a few greens a little burned, it is summer in PS. The cart guys were great and were asking the important questions at the end ( how was is, conditions, pace) It would be nice to have a snack bar that was open.

From the moment the staff drove golf cart out to out vehicle to when they dropped us back off, the staff was great

This track has so much potential. It is falling into disrepair like a number of poorly managed courses. The staff has become rather rude and does not seem to care if your time is enjoyable. The greens are in rough shape - particularly number 5. I was to be the 6 am tee time (ie 1st tee time). I get there at 5:15 am and am given a cart. After warming up I roll up to the 1st tee and find two groups in front of me - an older woman who duffed her 1st shot 30 yards down the fairway and family. I’m then informed that I’m following them. Ok slower round no big deal. Then a staffer throws some other dudes clubs on my cart w/o saying a word. Now I’m rolling around with a stranger. Not at all why I set a 6 am tee time. The staff could have cared less. I cut it short. The track has so much potential. The clubhouse is a shack with nothing inside to speak of. No food just some candy bars and bottled drinks. Unless they up the customers service this course will continue to tank. Go elsewhere you have options. I doubt Gary Player would be proud to have his name associated with this course.

Good layout, decent course. Overall little rough around the edges but can't complain for the price point. Smooth greens

course in very good shape for Summer Heat. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens in good condition. Very reasonable price and friendly staff

Awesome course needing a lot of love!! It’s a shame, no sand in traps and they are not taken care of, dead trees all around, sand and dirt all over cart paths, poor tee boxes etc. Needs love, no cart person in 108 heat, no snacks or lunch service, area shut down with sign closed!

Course conditions not up to past standards but fairways and greens were just fine.

Course is in good shape for the season, wide open when I played. Staff was super friendly, awesome practice area to warmup

the course we were supposed to play had 50 mph winds, golfnow was great in letting us cancel at the last minute. That being said got the gary player course at the last min. and was even better than the week before, course was in great shape and the staff was awesome. Will be back

At arrival we were welcomed by very friendly staff. We were informed that the driving range is included with the price. The course was very well maintained beautiful throughout the entire 18 holes.
