Nestled in Coachella Valley, Date Palm Country Club sits at the base of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges, providing nearly every hole on the golf course with a stunning view. The course is the centerpiece of a popular retirement community near Palm Springs, a location that enjoys nice weather year-round and is just 20 minutes from shopping, dining, and museums. The layout is on the shorter side, but it still has some challenging holes. The golf course demands accuracy with every contour of the rolling terrain and you'll be put to the test even further when maneuvering the small greens and narrow fairways. The bunkering is minimal but strategic at Date Palm C.C., and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice putting green.

Great value
What a nice executive course. The front nine was in pretty rough shape due to recent mowing/scalping of the fairways. Greens were great on all 18. The back 9 was wonderful. Great value and fun course.
The young man Gabriel in the pro shop was friendly and polite. I think an excellent employee .
Very nice executive course
Surprisingly nice little course. If you play from the forward tees, it's pretty easy. I'm about a 15 handicap and shot 6 over. Fairways are VERY good for this time of year in the Palm Springs area and extremely well maintained. Tee boxes we good as well. The greens play well but have a weird mix of grass. NO complaints about them, just a bit odd looking.
The only "minor" complaint is that for a higher handicap person it's a bit challenging as the fairways fairly narrow and have houses right up to the edges of the roughs, so watch out!
Pace was superb! We only saw one other twosome on the course so we played completely at our own pace. Well worth the money for a quick round!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Date Palm
Course. The price is right and the course is very well maintained! Bring extra balls… there are water features!!

Perfect course for a really hot day! Plays really fast. Finished in 2.5 hours.
This course has great features
Date palm golf course always amazes me every time I played it was never crowded and not a rushed feeling.mosty relaxed atmosphere just take your time kind a day which is amazing love it always my favorite course definitely recommend to my friends and family.
The course is very well kept
For the price I was not expecting such impeccable grounds. It was fun and everyone was very friendly.
