About
The Talking Stick Golf Club features two golf courses designed by the architecture team of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, who created distinct golf courses with enough choices to accommodate all levels of golfers. The golf club sits on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community reservation, a spot that provides the serenity necessary to endure a testing day of golf.

The second hole is a par 5 that measures 552 yards from the Black tee and is one of two long holes, with the 17th being a par 5 that plays to 582 yards from the Black tees.
The 18th hole on the O'odham Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club is shorter, relatively speaking, a par 4 that measures 471 yards from the Black tees.

The Best Fairway Conditions In Years
The only changes necessary are raising the left side of the greens on holes 2, 3, and 12. Any shots rolling to the left side of those greens will probably roll off and under the too nearby barbed wire fence. And some of the greenside bunkers need new sand.

Course was in good shape and we finished in under 4 hours. Bar was closed at 6pm which was annoying.

First group out so we set the pace. Course was in nice condition and very playable. Really good service all around and a great fish sadnwich afterward. Top notch
Nice but track your water
Course is in great shape, hats off to the maintenance staff. Appreciate the water in the cooler and encourage more cooler access on the course.
This was our opener round and it was relaxing and fun to play. Fairways were easy to hit, greens were quick and challenging to read. Pace of play was a touch slow but we were happy to take our time. Nice afternoon of golf! Using the Golfnow deal was a bonus.
One wish is for them to keep the grill restaurant open longer than 5 pm

Very bland layout. Course was in good but not great condition. I have played many courses in the area- probably will not return to TalkingvStick
Great condition
Played the O'odham course and it was in great shape. There were no bare spots in the fairways and the greens were fast but fair. Lots of undulations in the greens made putting a challenge. Well worth the money.

Played very nice. Firm greens. 2 hour front nine in the afternoon with full tee sheet. At 11, there was a 30 minute back up I think from someone accidentally skipping 8,9,10 which may happen to a novice. Nice open fairways. And need water filled in the filling stations otherwise, great Tim
