Blue/Red at Myakka Pines Golf Club

Pulling in there’s potholes and construction all the way to the parking lot. Staff is friendly, but tee boxes are inconsistent as are greens for speed. Three separate 9 hole courses confused 18 birdies app and the gps is basic on the cart. Pace of play was the best quality and lots of wildlife including a large gator.

First time playing course club house equipment was a lil pricey there was zero cart girls for drinks or food driving range was good

I came this time in the Summer which is the off season here so most courses do their maintenance this season. Saying that the tee boxes were a little rough because the grass was growing but other than that the free ice and water + cups are awesome, Range balls are sitting in pyramids on the range as they should be at every course, Overall great course!

Myakka Pines never ceases to amaze me.....play there quite a bit and it is always consistent. Good green speed, the same every visit. The Fairways are lush & the rough is not so penal that you can't find your ball easily. The Staff is polite & knowledgeable from the bag drop to cart return. Also good value throughout spring,summer & fall!!!

Greens ,not to good ,very bumpy. Need to be Rolled. Bunkers terrible

Decent course…a bit dry, and crowded, but well worth the trip.

From the bag drop, pro shop, starter, all were friendly, pace of play was exceptional!! Overall fun course

First-time to play at Myakka Pines. The Red and White courses were in excellent condition, in spite of the drought and water restrictions. A really good layout, nicely landscaped, and fun to play. The only negative is that Golf Now must update the descriptive narrative as it no longer can be said that there is no housing or street noise anywhere around, and that golfers enjoy a tranquil realm in a picturesque inland setting, where birdlife and wildlife abound. Instead, the entire natural perimeter of the golf course has been cleared for new home construction. The sights and sounds of bulldozers and dump trucks dominate many of the holes. It spite of that, the course is very well maintained, and I look forward to playing it again.
