For the price point, the overall condition of the course was decent and fair. However, the pace of play made for an incredibly frustrating round.

We had a 2:10 PM tee time on Sunday, and the total play time dragged past 5 hours and 20 minutes. The front nine was completely backed up on every single hole. Things got even worse on the back nine when the group directly ahead of us took nearly 10 minutes on every green, leaving an entire hole open in front of them. We had to wait before every single shot on the back nine.

While I don't expect lightning-fast play on a busy weekend afternoon, course management desperately needs to deploy marshals and enforce a reasonable pace of play (ideally capped at 4:30). Unless they take steps to control the time between groups, it is hard to recommend playing here on a weekend.

If you play conservatively the wide fairways can be very forgiving. If you risk longer shots the hazards can bite you. The conditions on the course were fine, the pace of play is hampered negatively by the option to walk. My group had to wait consistently for the groups ahead which contained walkers. The staff was kind and courteous. It’s over priced for the overall experience. I’ll play here again if I happen across a discount but I don’t plan on returning otherwise.

Enjoyed it. Greens a little beat up due to overuse recently but I enjoy this course.

Played 2x. Once in Spring and left my rangefinder (magnet) on cart and called 5 mins later. No where to be found. Called back a week later, not there. Hmmmm. We’ll run operations practice ethics and know the importance of returning customers. Secondly, played on 7/17 and they let this course go. It was nice in the spring and well maintained, but something happened. Other courses near by are in decent shape, but PW had terrible fairways, rough, green and don’t know about bunkers.

Nice course in Nokesville that is relatively low cost for Northern VA. Newer golf carts but no tech/gps in them. Nice course and fairways and greens are in really good shape at the moment.

The course is very nice. Nice layout. Visually intimidating. Conditions were reasonably good given the recent rough weather in our area.

The Complaint that I have is, there are NO Water Stations anywhere on the course! How is that even thought out by the management? That too in summer? I didn’t see a beverage cart at all. Plus No trash bins near the Tees. I saw only 1 guess. Otherwise literally none.

Other than these Kudos to them for course conditions despite harsh weather.

This course was in great shape when I played it. Greens were in great shape and so were the fairways. Played during the week and pace of play was great too. Best of all I got the senior/military rate of $49 with a cart!

Played on the hottest day of the year so the playing pace was superb as not too many people was playing
