The Ravelston Golf Club is a parkland course on the slopes of Corstorphine hill. The Sunday Times at one time rated it the best nine-hole golf course in the United Kingdom.
The Ravelston Golf Club's course, which was designed by James Braid in 1912, measures 2,614 yards and comes in at par-33. A round of golf kicks off on a par-4 338-yarder. The course's longest hole is the sixth, a par 4 that measures 408 yards.
The Ravelston Golf Club's ninth hole, a par 3 - it's one of only three par-3s - is the shortest, measuring just 120 yards.
