Beautiful Location, Stunning views and a nice wee 9 hole course!!
The location of the course is absolutely stunning, overlooking Helen's Bay with panoramic views over Belfast Lough. Course is well laid out and was easy to navigate for a first time playing it. Only thing stopping me giving a full 5 stars for everything was the course after the heavy rain we'd had recently was a bit soggy in places and had a lot of sand particularly on the greens. Understandable in light of recent weather and I look forward to playing here again when the course is in pristine condition in the Summer!!
Great course
We like this course for a Sunday afternoon great condition and I especially love the par 3s and great staff and at the clubhouse pints are responsible price
Great open course
Overall condition of course was fantastic. Some challenging holes but overall a good open course. Not easy to lose balls.

Hidden Gem
First time playing Helen's Bay last Sunday morning, lovely Autumn morning, small bit of rain, the course was in excellent condition considering the very heavy rain the day before, fairways are pristine, better than some greens in other clubs, and the greens, well, very unforgiving if you mis-read a putt, fast and challenging.
All in all can't wait to play this course again, with its superb back drop of the Antrim Coast as you head down the fairways. A must for any type of golfer, high or low handicappers. As with all course's I play, have respect for the course and the effort put into it by the ground staff and members. Enjoy
9 hole gem
A beautiful 9 hole course only a short distance from Belfast where the club and green staff are exceptionally helpful....as our four ball is made up of more mature golfers lol,Helens Bay suits us to a tee,the setting on the shores of Belfast Lough and the fact the course is so well maintained brings us back here on a regular basis...
